Made and order of an item, shipment said between 8 and 18 days, did not said out of stock! My order total has change 3 times and the shipment delivery changes every day! Not to sure about how serious is this Company!

I can't do business with anyone that just don't care if you get what you ask for. Missing a part on my order called and all I got was sorry and hanged up on me.It will a cold day in hell before I ever order from them again.

I ordered 2 boxs of winchester 7mm mag thought how cool to find them on Optics planet thier website clearly days in stock. So I ordered 2 box box went online next day to find out when ammunition will ship. When I saw the shipping date was 02-09-2023 I about lost it bunch of lying S. O. B well I hope some one at Optics planet reads this review as I purchased the ammunition on 06-06-2022 must be a democratic owned company allways deceiving the public.

Ordered a non regulated item; a recoil spring. The item was placed on hold for no reason and I was given the most general description of why and what was going on. They essentially just told me that it's on hold and to look at their FAQs. First time shopping there and I'm never shopping there ever again.

I went online and ordered two separate 10-round,. 9mm magazine orders for my CZ 75D Compact. Received one today, The magazine package has "MAG CZ 75 Compact 40 S&W." When I called, they were very helpful, but each time had to wait while to operator obtained an answer.
The shipped magazine is for a. 40 S&W; Optics Planet confirmed they are actually out of stock; and encouraged me to return for "store credit" which would be a label for free shipping.

Cancelled my order due to some ridiculous company policy even though all permits in order. Don't waste your time BUY ELSEWHERE

Last year ordered bullets for reloading, constant shipping delays and then they cancelled the order. Ordered same item on April 2nd hoping for a better outcome but just notified this morning in an email that another delay, (delay #3)... shipping will be in 3-5 months. Went on today and this time I cancelled the order, no point in waiting for the 5 months and having them cancel it again. Actually we were able to find the item from a different website.

They delayed several my orders now for over a year and a half claiming lack of product. They now have almost identical items on n stock. They increased the prices of the items I ordered and won't offer anything as a legitimate substitution.

One star is way too generous for this company should be zero stars bad shipping bad products bad costumer service they should close there doors

Ordered a recurve bow over 2 months ago, delivery was continuously pushed further and further back so I decided to call and cancel. The attitude that I received from the woman on the other end of the phone was appalling. I was not screaming, yelling, or using profane language and yet the employee hung up on me, for trying to cancel the order. Pay a little more and buy elsewhere, for $20 more will now have the bow in hand 3 days from now.

Absolutely do not waste your money on any type of expedited shipping, it is a waste. I requested and paid additional money for 3-5 day delivery. Tried to track item and have been notified expected delivery is 2 weeks after order was placed. I paid for expedited shipping due to a deadline, not that the reason matters. Nothing expedited about DHL which utilized the USPS which is notoriously slow. I have now been burned twice as I dismissed the first time as a fluke. Won't get me a third. I am done with this clown show.

I placed several orders between October and December of 2020. I still have not received product and am now being told product is no longer available please check site for alternative. Really? I wasn't aware that Winchester had stopped making 9mm ammo! Don't waste your time here you won't get anything.

Never had an issue with ordering from Optics Planet. However, I do recall the shipping times being a little slow. But that's not my issue. I placed an order recently from them- I ordered a Surefire Warcomp on a friday. Monday I get an email saying that my order was canceled because the Warcomp was a government restricted item (for sale only to military/police). It's not. I know in some states owning a flash hider is "illegal," but I do not live in one of those states. I went to Bravo Company and ordered it, had it delivered in the same week. Optics Planet is garbage. They'll never get my business again, I don't care if I have to pay more.

I was supposed to get some sierra blitzking blue tip jacketed hollow points 55 grain for 39.99,2 orders, but instead they sent me 2 boxes of this HSM, it's got a picture of the Montana hills and mountains on it black and white photo, a orange stripe at the bottom on the box, its not the same product (the boxes are different) it's not even hollow point, I was told and was expecting to recieve this more defensive blue tip to try/put a few In storage, but. Sorry everyone trying to keep it short, to the point, hey everyone

Got a great offer via email to purchase ammo at a time when ammo prices were going up. I had never heard of Optics Planet before but the reviews I saw were not too bad so I decided to place an order on 9-18-2020. The order was expected to ship in 6-8 weeks. Each time an estimated shipping date approached, the date was extended. As of 4-16-2022, the expected shipping date is now 12-14-2022. I believe this was a scam to solicit new customers offering a great deal on an out-of-stock item with no intention of ever filling the order. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

Ordered a stream light TLR-1 HL have had my money taken and the order sent only to be told that it can't be delivered to my PO Box on the day it was scheduled to deliver. Why not tell me this DURING THE ORDERING PROCESS!? Why even give the option to put PO Box? I don't know because I have YET to get a hold of any that can help me at Optics Planet. I've had my calls dropped TWICE after 30 of being on hold. I will NEVER buy anything from this website ever again.

Ordered a Timney Trigger that was needed quickly. I paid for 'Next Day Delivery'. I figured that I hadn't met the cutoff time for the next day when I didn't get a tracking number. The following day the same thing so I called in the evening. I was told they were filling the order and it would be shipped next day 'when it was ready to ship'. Huh? They could take weeks and then ship next day. They tried to give me a hard time about cancelling. I contacted my credit card company and had the charge reversed for fraud. They had it at Mid-Way and delivered it overnight for about $10 more than Optics Planet. MDWay is my go-to because of their overnight shipping. This happened 2 years ago but Sitejabber jogged my memory when they emailed me about another review. Be advised that DVOR is Optics Planet. Same scenario and experiences with them in the past. Do yourself a FVAOR... STAY AWAY. AVOID. RUN!

Got jerkedaround for 2 months with emails called them they told me my order was canceled I'm pissed! And I will bash! This company till the day I die!

I've ordered from this jerk about 5 times... Every time something is wrong. THEY JACK UP THE COST ONCE YOU ADD A ITEM TO YOUR CART... SHIPPING MAY TAKE 10 DAYS! My last order 21/03/22 two items a set of 30mm rings I needed and a sbr gun bag just to have another spare... These jerks ship the gun bag UPS comes in 3 days... The rings I need they don't put in same box with gun bag... No they ship it through DHL...(all they do is piggyback stuff and USPS ships it)
I buy the rings 3 full days before I order the scope from Sports Optics, the 24 march... Comes 25th March... But my GD rings are still being shipped... may get here next week... I'm told! My point NEVER BUY anything from these people... Don't trust me look at their 1.9 Google Feedback score! If these AHs every send me another email or ad I'm turning them in for unwanted spam... And all 5 orders had something wrong! 100% You got to try to suck this bad! BRYANT US MILITARY RETIRED

It's mind boggling to me how they get any bad reviews. I've placed literally dozens of orders with them in the last 3 years. I have also ordered from just about all their competitors over the last 3 years.
Their website is the EASIEST to navigate to find parts, and has the most complete product descriptions and pictures. Ordering is VERY easy and their processing is unrealistically fast. I actually just placed an order this morning and just received notification that it ALREADY shipped!

Returns are easy and fast. I've returned 3 items in the past 2 months. (Nothing due to Optics Planet. My error, an extra product ordered, and a product not what I expected because I didn't read the full description.

AND their prices can't be beat AND if you pay attention they offer discounts with many orders.
