OE in Glasgow implanted a damaged lens into my right eye in 2014 - It's like looking into a thick fog They sent me after I complained to one of. Their High Street opticians who said I had AMD/ He lied. My mother had AMD and went blind so I was very much aware of the symptoms -none of which I had. They then tried to clear the fog at the back of the lens which cost another £400-500. Failed. I have now gone private - at huge expense- to replace the lens. Fingers crossed that that works - should know in a few weeks

The product is very good but the after sales service stinks. You never see the same people as the staff turnover appears to be quite frequent.
