Onlyfans has the worst customer service out of any web service of any kind. Not only do they not have a telephone number I have waited as much as five days for a ticket response. This is not just from a consumer of the site I know two contributors who are the same problem. You can try blaming too big too fast but you have some seriously high-profile people using this site. If you account is hacked there should be an 8 Hour turnaround at the very most not 5 days. I have a simple problem that needs to be fixed it will literally take 30 seconds to solve on their end but I'm on day 3 waiting. All this tells me is they're taking their money and running instead of fixing their poorly managed operations.

Payments worked the first few times even though they don't tell you about spending limits ahead of times. Neither my credit nor debit card works anymore despite having called my bank to resolve some issues. Bank has assured me issues are on the service provider side. I reach out to the OnlyFans support and they want me to give them all kinds of details about my bank account even though I'm logged in. This website isn't worth a dime and the models should use one of the many alternatives

Your initial payment will be the tip of an iceberg that is 0.*******% about water... Only fans is possibly one of the biggest scams ever. I only bought one account out of curiosity for the price of $6.50 for 30 days and beyond disappointed would be an understatement. These girls are basically charging you to see their instagram feed but the tiniest bit more revealing (barely), then want you to tip them and they may or may not send you something in a "only fans dm". It's essentially paying for nudes when you can just go whack off to some free porn on the web on any site. Go jerk off if you're horny and stop obsessing about that one stuck up only fans $#*! that's willing to show 1/4 of an asscheek and a nip slip on a good day. If I could leave less than one star I would. I didn't end up buying anything else and don't plan to. If I'm paying to see some $#*! I better see some freak nasty $#*!. Old man heff is rolling in his grave screaming "show the horny $#*!ers your $#*! if you're gonna make em pay!".

Only Fans customer service is shockingly disgusting, they may reply to your messages, not always helpful, and are prone to just add a link to the FAQ, however, the reason we contact them is due to the FAQ's not being enough. After every reply, they mark the case as resolved even if it is not.
They take payments and then claim they have never received any funds, and as soon as you mention I have contacted the bank they don't say a word.

BE WARNED they don't care about subscribers, they only care about content makers, and if you report a content maker they request to message them first, by the time the content maker replied your subscription has expired and there is no content so customer services do not do anything.

Girls are better on XCams4You.com - there are way less scammers there, girls are hotter, sexier and more seductive; it's secure and transparent in terms of billing.
Anyway, having wasted my money on OF I left it, and it was the right choice because I found a better option.

I had problems just getting this service to be functional. Its not a good venue while attempting to post new material i got zero no response was only able to post one picture anything else like videos would not load.

I have had my onlyfans for about 4 days and they take out about 200-250 out of my account without letting me know that my account would be deducted & then the next day my account is taken down without letting me know as well?! They won't even let me know what the violation was, I didn't break any rules and all of my sub haven't even got a refund back? What the $#*! is this? Am I being scammed & my sub as well? I need answers because I need my account back up and running in no time! If not I'm opening up a case because at this point it's very unprofessional and I didn't put out content out there for people to see just so I could get scammed.

All I see on IG is models taunting their onlyfans, saying it's way better than porn because it protects them / they have more control... well tbh no one will give a $#*! about any of that when the content itself is absolutely garbage. Tf?) and I don't receive $#*!, I send messages and get no response, I thought that was the whole point of this platform? A day later I get a DM, "sorry I tried sending this yesterday but it wouldnt work" *pay $10 to watch video* and then right underneath reminds you "10$ STILL NOT PAID" and then she rates my $#*!pic with the most generic response "10/10 would make me squirt" like $#*! right off, are you seriously telling me there's people spending $16 just to watch a 2min $#*!ing video? There are sites like Kink that give you a YEAR with THOUSANDS of HOURS of content, 2hr+ long videos, hundreds of models, for 60$... which on onlyfans would get you a 30min text session with the model... LOL this site won't last

I tell you this much, the site isn't user friendly at all. You find yourself looking scrolling through pictures or videos until you see something you like. You can watch the video there or you can go to the Post that way you can like or comment. The problem is once you exit from that post it doesn't take you back to where you left off but all the way from the beginning. Or even worse let's say you watch a video or three, for some reason getting to the fourth one will always seem to never load. Causing you to once again refresh the page and start from the beginning of your search. I can say without a doubt this is one of the most amateurish web pages I've ever visited and it does a great disservice to its patrons. The fact that it doesn't even have an app speaks volumes.

You should hope you never have any problems getting paid as an OF creator. I was never paid my first withdrawal, and when I reached out to their support, all they told me was "it has been deposited into x account." It has not. Today was the first time in over a month I received payment, and I guess I've just lost $74. I asked them to recall the payment so my bank could find it and reprocess it, they straight out said no. Not worth it, Elizabeph was incredibly cold and unhelpful. The platform is good if you can get paid, but I don't seem to be the only one with this issue.
