I ordered 4 boxes of gloves for my employees. 1st the tracking number was fake. After multiple inquiries and they told me my order was on its way. After 1 month and a half t received ONE BOX of gloves instead of the 4 I had ordered and paid for. This company is a SCAM. I have tried to reach customer service but no one has responded in 2 weeks. I'm ama following up to get mu refund for 3 boxes.
Ordered 3 face masks one month ago. Multiple emails sent to them requesting a refund due to non delivery. Kept stating item in the mail. I notified PayPal which is investigating - hoping for refund. Oh and they sent false tracking information. Wish I read reviews first. Stay away! Deserve minus 0000 for rating. Not even a one.

Ordered a thermometer on April 20th. Tracking shows in transit but when I tried to contact the company they did not respond and when I went to check their cancellation policy the link was invalid. I think like a lot of other reviews I have read that I have been had for about 70.00...
I ordered 3 touch free thermometers from this place over a month ago and still have not gotten them. I had one follow up email telling me they have been shipped "again." How can these people sleep at night screwing the public over in a time like this. Despicable.
I ordered 7 touch free thermal thermometers from this company and they said it shipped on April 24th. Not only did UPS never receive it from them with the track number they sent, but I have sent numerous email to their support and have never heard back.
I ordered a touch-free temporal thermometer from this company on April 11,2020. I paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. $75.90 was charged to my credit card on that date. On April 24,2020, I received a text with a USPS tracking number. However, when I clicked on the link, it stated that no further information was available because the item had not yet been shipped. It is now nearly one month later, and I have not received the thermometer. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ONLY BEST GOODS!
Ph# on site is bogus, gentlemen answers but tells you this isn't a business line. They did provide a follow-up email after purchase that it had shipped, but weeks ago. The USPS tracking number provided is invalid. Never received item. Contacted credit card company which is working on it.
We ordered a no touch thermometer for our fire department to deal with covid. I received one email all polit when we ordered and promised a 1-2 week delivery. We have yet to see it or get any tracking information. We will be seeking legal action through the Attorney General.

Service (delivery time) is TERRIBLE! I am convinced I have been scammed. Repetitious promises weeks apart that my order is coming. A month to deliver is plenty of time for a reputable company. Stay away from this company - do business with someone else.
I ordered the Medical Forehead and Ear Thermometer. The shipping took from 3/31-4/14. That's TWO WEEKS! When it arrived, it looked like some cheap plastic item from the dollar store and kept giving me inconsistent readings. I took the batteries out, put them back in and tried again. Readings were all over the place. Completely useless and SO frustrating to have waited so long for a broken product.
It is impossible to return the item because USPS doesn't allow personal returns for items that contain mercury, so the only other way would be FedEx or UPS which ends up costing MORE than the product itself! ($100+ to ship it back to China).
DO NOT BUY ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY!
Received it and I read the operation instructions. I then installed the batteries and double checked the battery installation. I waited allotted time and it didn't work. I took out the batteries and they were very hot! So did I get a defective item that was returned by someone and wasn't checked, then was sent to me? I have e-mail your site three times and was never contacted. My order # is 9279
Ordered a Medical Forehead Thermometer on 04/11/20. Order was confirmed by OBG. Paid extra for fast shipping (5-7 days). Received a USPS # via email. Tracked with the USPS number & at this point in time package has not been received by USPS. That's 19 days later. Total cost $100.94. BUYER BEWARE. Requested that the order be cancelled but no response@ this point in time.
I ordered a Touch-Free Infrared Forehead Thermometer to measure the temperature of my employees when they arrive at work. We paid for expedited shipping and was promised the item was in stock. Three weeks later it is still "on its way to USPS." This company is a complete scam. I have contacted the NY attorney general and state police about this company.
On 10April2020 the website indicated the product I ordered (thermometers) was in stock. I paid extra for 3-5 day delivery. I received a quick acknowledgement of my order but didn't hear from OBG again until I requested a status update a week later because the order had not been delivered. The response I received on 18April2020 indicated that my order had been forwarded to the shipping company and that OBG would forward a tracking number as soon as they received it. On 23April I received a tracking number. The USPS tracking history indicated that: 1. A shipping label had been created on 12April2020; 2. The package arrived at the shipping partner facility (KWT International) in Jamaica, NY on 14April2020; and 3. That the package departed the shipping partner facility and USPS was waiting to receive the item on 14April2020 at 8:25am. I wrote this review on 27April2020 and the tracking history information has not changed. Based on this information I would not recommend engaging with this "company".
I ordered a digital thermometer which they advertised was in stock, and for an additional fee they would ship it in 3-5 business days. They debited my credit card and charged an expedite fee, but never shipped the item. The USPS tracking No. That they provided says that the item was never shipped even though they say is was. So far, they have refused to cancel my order or refund my money, which makes me think that this not a real company, but some sort of shell web page that does not have any real product to sell. Very dishonest, don't use them!
This place can not be legit, never recd product and usps says product not received by them to ship out. Do not trust this place. Ordered 2 face shields and paid to expedite shipping. Customer service is blaming on USPS. Total Rip off.
