Mislead into buying. False advertisement stated replacement liner and replacement cover did not receive. I have to pay £15 to return item as it was not as described. Admitted liability on confusing advert but still refuse to give full refund due to a dog hair being on the bed. They knew I put it in my create so dog hair will naturally go on it. Not only this false advertisement and being not as described after 3 days it developed a rip along the stitching to the zip and now 8 days on my dog has been scratching the ripped part and now it's all fallen apart. Poor quality and not fit for purpose! If they sent me a full refunded the missing items from the day I got it this bed wouldn't have been damaged. Contacted bank as this is the second bed I've had from them in 6 1/2 months
These guys are running a scam - the product you receive is good and on time, BUT DON'T ever try and return anything to them, they will claim it is damaged and not refund your money!
