I signed up for this service and made believe with my short amount of time that I had; that their sytem was fast enough to process my divorce documents. They have no sence of customer support and Omar cs supervisor has no idea of providing any sort of help to my very specific situation. I will never recommend this company for their lack of interest in support and misleading information.

The process was extremely user friendly. The questions had a pop-up box that explained exactly what the question was asking for in plain English. If you are doing a DYI divorce this is the one to go with. The cost was very inexpensive.

Happy to use a system that was easy to maneuver. Divorce is hard - the walkthrough was easier than filing taxes.

I'm a little nervous about this. This is a common law marriage that is being dissolved.

What a piece of trash company that does nothing but lure people into their website for low price but attached hidden fees and add on left and rights.

I received the paperwork and paid and extra 30 something dollars for them to send the paperwork to me right away. When I did that, some random dude decided to call me and start to upset me. I don't need upsell, I need to get the paperwork.

Once I received the paperwork, I reviewed and found many mistakes. They put all the words in big font so it looks like it is gigantic amount of paperwork. On top of it, I ended up having to edit and correct multiple mistakes. I called them about it and transfer after transfer after transfer to get hang up. I called 3x and got hang up.

Then they have the nerves to charge me a monthly subscription fee in their very very very very fine print. I found out when my bank alerted me of the charge. I logged in to cancel the subscription to only have another fine fine print saying g that they will charge me a $9 paper holding subscription fee. I have to go to another tab to cancel it.

I screen shots everything. I am calling my bank to reject any charges from the.

It was very smooth progress and all I had to do was file online without leaving my home. Everyone I talked too was very polite and helpful during this time. I highly recommend online divorce to anyone who might be going through a divorce

Paperwork turned in with little issues, there were a few things which needed to be corrected, but over all it was easy and complete...

During steps 1 and 2 great online support; however, once I hit step 3 not so much. I have called twice with 2 different questions. The first rep didn't understand my question and the second one was very short. Didn't really listen to my question.

Mine was a simple divorce. We had already settled everything. Just needed the formal stuff done. For it to be so simple it took way too long. Then my spouse was out of the country and they advised they couldn't serve him due to that. Along the way I found out that ALL of the documents I needed were on my local County website. Wasted my money on these folks. I ended up finishing the last half of the process myself. At one point when I called they accused me of cursing. I don't curse on the phone. I just wanted answers. Like I said I took over and finished it myself. Save your money.

Well I'm not done so we shall see how easy this was.

It's easy and fast i am experiencing easy so far this but I'll tell after it ends. I have some doubts that is it works as I'm expecting or not if it give me satisfaction I'll post more about that and give my more positive reviews
