It was very easy using OnelineCityTickets websit. I received my confirmation in less than a minute. I'm satisfied about this company but on the other hand, it's a bit disappointing for someone who lives in Montreal to go on an american websit if she wants good tickerts for a show in her own town. I guess it's the new way of doing business

Not customer friendly

I spent $200 on tickets and ended up having a death in the family and had hardly any money to cover expenses and I called to see about a refund and the lady on the phone said "that sucks, but you're not getting a refund" and refused to transfer me to management. It took 4 days to finally get an email back and they refused to give me any kind of Refund. This company seriously doesn't care about its customers, only the money they get. If anything goes wrong, you can just wave bye bye to your money because they will not refund at all.
