I'm relieved they offer ticket insurance - winter in the midwest is always a roll of the dice! We got really great seats and it was super fast & easy. I can't wait to surprise my daughter who will maybe put me in the "Cool Mom" category after this! ;)

Bad, bad, bad!

I am concerned because the bar code did not print very dark in relationship to the rest of the ticket. I truly hope there is no problem. Also a bit pissed with the email charge and the outrageous cost of a 99 dollar ticket. Don't or won't do business anymore with OCT.

Not Bad for a Reseller

They had a good selection of tickets, but the service fees should be transparent and if you start buying tickets, they should be reserved for you when you start the process. I lost a pair because while I was inputting my information, they were sold out from under me. Then all my information was lost when I had to start over again. Luckily I was able to get another similar set before the same thing happen again. Tickets arrived online instantly. Hopefully I will have no venue problems!

High service fee

$28 service fee each ticket & a $7.50 download fee for E-tickets is a little excessive! Otherwise, was satisfied with good seats. Should just add an additional $15 into ticket price and skip the fees.
