Never received my 20 dollar discount.!. E-mail sent with promotion to buy tickets with 20 dollars off purchase and when I went through booking, never showed at check-out so assume this was a ploy to get me on website and buy once went through all steps

It was late at night when I went online to see the what was available. I have not used your services before and am new to purchasing things online. At first, I was excited to see so many seat options. I decided to go ahead and purchase the tickets with the insurance options but now I am confused about what that really covers. So I tried calling in to ask a sells representative what other options where still available and if the tickets I purchased online where good seats or whether I could exchange them. He told me that they where not good seats because they will have an obstructed view from the rows ahead of them. He offered me a $10 discount if I wanted to buy another set of tickets through him and offered multiple options. My real concern was about my previous purchase and what all the fees where for. I started to feel buyer's remorse for the online purchase. BUT I didn't want to buy any other tickets unless I knew for sure I could cancel or exchange the ones I previously bought online. He said I could buy the new set of tickets through him and when the purchase was finalized I could talk to the customer service department. That just didn't feel right! I don't have the money to pay for two sets of tickets if your company doesn't let me cancel one of them. I felt the representative was getting irritated with my questions and I don't know why I felt like I needed to apologise for any thing but I ended the call by apologizing for my indecisiveness. Now that I have had a moment to think what I really wish I had asked was just to be patched through to the customer service department in the first place since it was clear the sales representative was just trying to make a sale.
I did receive my order by email but was so disappointed with the added taxes and fees which was another $65 a piece. Crazy, way too much. I had tried through another venue but was tapped out on time so tried Online City but there was no option to purchase a band shirt either and with the added costs, i was wishing I would have waited and gone back to the previous site I'd tried..

Terrible pricing! All tickets are more than tripled in price from their original face value after you're done with everything. Wont be buying tickets here again.
I am not the most tech-savvy person and\I also don't like processes that require a lot of your time. Not only was this process easy, it was very speedy and manageable.
It was easy to purchase my tickets through OnlineCityTickets, but I waited a little longer than expected to receive my email tickets. The expectation was that I would receive them the day I placed the order and it was a couple of days before they were emailed. This was my first time using a 3rd party to purchase event tickets so I was a little worried at first, but was happy to see them a couple days later. I would definitely consider using this again.
Service was good. Would order tickets from here again and tell others about it. Thank you for making it a good and easy to order the tickets. I will definitely order from here again and recommend it to others.

It's been awhile since I've had it this easy in purchasing tickets and not have a run around experience. But, confirming that I've got my order is abit much. Shouldn't have to type out an essay for this. What if I don't want to write a review?
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November

Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
