The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

I asked to be seated and paid to be seated in Section: 121 Row: AA-T
Notes: Zone Section. My tickets placed me in 120 P lower level. That's not what I paid for.
Poor instruction on website very unhappy with purchase and have asked for a refund! I bought tickets under the impression once bought I would know my seats that was not the case and I would not receive my tickets anytime before dec 24th. When I buy tickets I would like to know where I sit and have an option especially with kids!
Easy to navigate the site but the service fees and $7.50 for me to print my tickets at home with my paper and ink is simply a scam.
Tickets and site were fine, but $31 service fee + $7 charge just to email the tickets PER TICKET is insane!
The fees are too high for the price paid. It's a misadvertisement of the ticket prices. Better to have advertised the actual price.
When I checked ticket master... they were selling tickets for ½ the price... big rip off. And the charge a service fee plus a charge to e- mail the tickets... what a ludicrous price... never again will I use this web site...
They had tickets for the concert I wanted in the quantity I wanted (8 tickets, which not every place offered), but they had a bunch of hidden fees. The tickets were only available in a spot really far back, or general admission, which was out of my budget, but outside of the selection, the fees are what upset me. They claimed the tickets would cost $55 each, but once you select it, they charge an additional $16 per ticket in fees. On top of all that, they charge $8 for shipping... to EMAIL THE TICKETS TO ME! That was just insulting, which is why I decided for future ticket purchases, I would go to other resale venues.
Price stated but then fees are very expensive. Would not purchase if for myself but was for my mom. I think the fees of over $20 per ticket then a downloading fee is a little much. Took ticket of $150 to over $200 because of fees.
Lowest price i found, easy choice to make. The whole experience was well worth it. I went to the Td Banknorth site, and it linkedd me to your ticket page, made a request at the price i wanted and within the hour it was approved amd accepted. Overall very happy with this whole experience.
I have not received my tickets i am not sure if scam or not. Very disappointed to say the least still have time hopefully a miracle will send tickets.
Disgusting price gouging. I bought two ticket with a face value of $51.00 each. I was charged $101.00 each and a $38.00 processing fee. Over $270.00 for the tickets is outrageous. I will not only not use this site again I will make it a point to advise others to avoid this site and any venue that uses it.
Fast processed ticket confirmation. Can't wait to see the show it has been years since I have been. And downtown looking forward to it
Tickets were scheduled to go on sale this morning for the David Byrne concert, 3/9/18 at the Palace Theater in Waterbury. When I went to the online site tickets were already sold out. Only the ripoff 2 party sellers have tickets. I'm on Social Security. That is my only income... no wonder I go to concerts so infrequently... there ought to be a law!
The transaction itself was smooth. Downloadable tickets showed up almost instantly. I was over the moon to be sending my youngest to see his favorite band... until I printed them out and read on the tickets they are 18+! Waiting for the venue to open to confirm. Many places use wrist bands to identify minors but I am beside myself. This was my Littlests ONLY gift and now that the money has been spend on tickets he may not be able to use, I am at a complete loss. Many of the other sites indicated 18+ which is the reason we chose this show! Nowhere in the information was it indicated this was an adult only venue. If you are planning to take a minor, think twice before buying!
The online process was easy and my tickets were delivered by e mail next business day. My only concern is that tickets are purchased by section and one doesn't really know where the actual seat is. Ticket choice is limited to theater section.
I was expecting to wait a day or two before I could print off my tickets and I got to print it off not even two minutes later awesome
I have no idea where I'm sitting. I know the section but have no idea if I'm setting next to my family. The a family event and I'm already with anxiety over this.
Apparently, I entered one wrong number on my credit card, but the website failed to highlight that as the problem. They just said "Invalid payment information." I changed emails, from mine to my boyfriend's, my phone number to his, address stuff, checked everything else but it was just the one number off in the credit card number. They should create a function that highlights what's wrong with the payment info so stupid people like me can fix their mistakes.
I still haven't received the tickets on my phone or email. It says my tickets didn't transfer. Please help.
I was charged multiple small fees that I did not agree to, not impressed. This is not allowing me to submit this because it's not a certain amount of "characters".
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
