We have just taken out a new mobile phone contract with 5 connections and we encountered a problem with one of the free Entertainment packages that was offered as part of the deal. My issue was passed on to the Care team and a very efficient young lady Eurika Z dealt with it and sorted it out for me within minutes. She has a very professional, calm, kind manner and was very sympathetic to my frustration, and what could have been a lengthy, aggravating process and ongoing issue that could have left us annoyed and disillusioned was resolved very swiftly and efficiently by Eurika. Thank you! That's customer service par excellence!

GOT NEW PHONE FROM ONE COM, UNLIKE MY OLD PHONE THIS HAD NO SIM CARD FITTED, WAS NOT SURE BUT NEW NANO SIM CARD OFF MY ACCOUNT VODAFONE WHICH WONT WORK. NOW HAVE HAD TO OREDER NEW ONE FROM ONECOM. WHY WAS I NOT MADE AWARE OF THIS IN THE BEGINNING?

I contacted OneCom regarding my new mobile telephone and other gadgets via 'online chat'. The person who dealt with me, Eurika, was first class. She dealt with me regarding my queries very quickly, comprehensively and, above all, clearly in a language I could understand. Had made mistake of going direct to Vodafone. These guys quickly sorted the issue (although I will know for sure within 24 hours) regarding making international calls.

From the very start of my dealings with Onecom - 18 months ago - what they were offering was very confused - what I later called "smoke and mirrors". What they promised me never transpired and they fall back on a contract which descended on me with all sorts of other rubbish. They were difficult, at the start, about allowing my wife's phone to go on the account, apparently due to credit issues - but there aren't any. There have been several occasions when calls and texts which were supposed to be free were invoiced: just a few pounds each time, so more of an irritant value. I chased them on the basis that this might stop it happening again. It hasn't
Finally, I found out that after 17 months the monthly credit, worth half the amount I was invoiced each month by Vodafone, had stopped. With 19 months left to run, I was left with a really unattractive deal. Yes, this was part of the contract, but the sales person who I dealt with NEVER mentioned that it would ever stop, she just kept talking about the net monthly cost as if it would go on forever. I negotiated the best deal I could but it's still more than I would have accepted if this had been made clear at the start.
I had a bill query this morning which was sorted out in minutes by the lovely Kirsty J. Very efficient, quick, no hassle and straightforward. Online chat is the way to go. They are brokers don't own any network. ONECOM to be avoided sell phone and internet contracts you could take directly with the companies in question such a Vodafone. With onecom to be avoided you end up paying a much expensive internet and mobile phone services to cover their commission. ONECOM to be avoided will convince you that by signing up for a three years contract you will save loads of money NOT TRUE. Stay away from ONECON, that's what they are.
Daniel H at onecom sorted my enquiry out in 5 mins, but vodafone failed to sort it in 2 hrs and 3 different agents. Well done onecom.
OneCom have been consistently supportive with our phone accounts for many years but there was no better a time to test relationship than during the Covid-19 pandemic. There are two things we could not live without during the lockdown 1) support from our bank 2) support from our phone company. The banks failed miserably on every level but Onecom always came though. Thank you!

I requested this on Livechat and it was carried out promptly and efficiently by Kirsty J - very satisfied.
Answer: There is no mention of the 3 year contract when the salesman cold calls you.
Answer: Ignore them. You cancelled the contract because it was mis-sold. You have cancelled the DD, just make sure it is not re-instated by them. Given the reviews I have just read I doubt they will take it down the legal route. You can always try threatening to sue for harrassment but, personally, I would just ignore them. Don't delete emails though - they are evidence should you need it.
Answer: If you can't through on the phone send them an email - what they do with it is their problem but it will be proof you cancelled in time. And if later than the cooling off period, you were mis-sold anywayso have a right to cancel. Then cancel the DD and go back to your old supplier. Good luck
Answer: They are very carefull with the way they word things for instance "we will endevor to waiver your ETF" so what there saying is they will try, And this was done by there legal team (consists of 2 people with no legal experance calling BT and pretending to be the customer saying because BT have up there prices your legally allowed to leave the contract free of charge, with BT just saying the charge is valid, and now they dont have a legal team atm so there not to concerned about customer happyness its a fly by company
