Reached out via email about the shoes being too small and rcvd a response the next day explaining my options. Opted to exchange and pay the $12 shipping. Just waiting for the replacement pair to arrive.

I work for 9 hours a day and I'm constantly on my feet so these are perfect for me.
These shoes were lightweight and offered enough arch support for my foot issues.
It was very easy to order and received when I was told I would receive them. Only problem is the size. The tips of my toes are touching the very top of the shoe making it very uncomfortable. It was very easy and quick to ask the shoes to be exchanged for a bigger size but still having problems with them.
My experience was to shop and find some comfortable and affordable shoes. Not sure what else to say.
