Quick and easy to order and arrived in record time

Shoe was ok. But Susan at Customer Service was fantastic. Hassle free. Beautiful shoe but did not help my plantar fasciitis, which is why I bought the shoes for.

Customer service wasn't good. The fact that if the shoe didn't fit I would have 30 days to return it, but I would have to pay the shipping for overseas and a restocking fee.

Its a hard soles not good in walking. I thought its a cushion. And made in. China i thought its u. S made. Its not a memory foam. Im not really satisfied.

Everything went well, even the shipping from China. They took a little longer to get here than I had hoped, but the wait seems worth it.

I ordered a size 9 and fit like an 8. I can't wear them as they are to tight and hurt

Order my shoes. Quite satisfied. Fit comfortably. I take a 6.5 shoe and in the comments it said to order a small bigger. Thankful I did this as the insole would've made it too small.

I got 3 pr of shoes for what I'd normally pay for 1 pair, especially for good support that i desperately need with plantar fascitis. It will be interesting to see how long they last. Only thing is... all 3 are same size but 2 fit smaller n one roomier. I ordered them all half a size larger than normal.

I love the but too small and cant wear them for myself need to give them away cuz i looks info card to email them to change size.

I really like them. Slip resistant I am a custodian and on my feet all day, put these on haven't had any problems

I ordered a pair of shoes from Omega, received an online discount so went straight to buy my second pair. The communication from Omega was very clear and timely. Delivery was tracked very well. My order actually arrived a few days earlier than expected. With my delivery came another discount code.

Horrible Experience. I sized up like the reviews said and they were still too small. There alsodoes not feel like there is much padding for the insoles and the heel is very low and feels like it will slip off if worn. I wanted to return them. I got a response offering a 30% refund and I can keep the shoes. They then explain how tough the return process is, I would have to pay for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee, "the shoes will be meticulously inspected" to ensure they havent been worn. These ship to and from China so it takes forever. The shoes do not look nearly as good in person as they do in pictures. Overall, it felt very scammy and the quality of the shoes are trash. I would advise to never buy from this company.

US size nine usually gives me room but there felt like an 8

I haven't worn them all day long yet. I used the additional insoles included in the box. They have been very comfortable for the short periods I've worn them.

It was very easy to shop. Also the shoes were very nice looking. Very affordable. They have the arch support I need.
