Ordered two items on Nov. 5th and they are still in China. Try having items shipped out from the United States. This is not the way I wanted to get these items 3 to 4 weeks later. You need to do a better job on distribution of shippment of items ordered through your company.

The site was easy to use and I was able to find the exact boots my daughter wanted.
The shipping took longer than I expected. They look really nice. First time putting them on, they were right. They did stretch out to a better fit. The extra insoles didn't fit at first. When I put them in, I couldn't get my feet into the shoes. So I haven't used the insoles. But my honest opinion: I love the look of these shoes, but I do find Sketchers to be more comfortable.

These shoes are very low quality and will clearly wear out soon. The soles are so soft they make me feel unsteady on my feet.
Shoes are cheep very low end material. The shoe was very narrow and small.
