I had few requests about my order, the customer service was very prompt in replying and helping with the issue. The shoes are very stylish and bright colors, got compliments when I wore it first time while shopping.
These shoes are very cheaply made and ship from China. There is NO cushioning on the inside. You might as well be walking around with bare feet. They do NOTHING to help with any support. The fact that they are calling them "orthopedic" should be fraud. The eyelets for the laces are not even metal or plastic, they are sewn. Cheap shoes. They will try to buy your review! Look: "As a one-time exception, to avoid the inconvenience of returning the shoes, we can offer you a partial refund of 30% and you can keep the shoes. Additionally, if you choose to update your review to 5 stars, we will increase the refund to 50% of your purchase price. Once the review is updated, we will process the additional refund as promised."
Quick receipt of product. It was Great speaking with customer service. They were personable and provided good information coupled with immediate response time.
I didn't want to place the order because I couldn't tell what the expected shipping date is. I can't wait long for delivery as I need the shoes right away.

I did not realize how long the order would take to arrive. Once it was here we were unhappy with the quality, we were not told the socks could not be fulfilled. The sneakers are low quality. The ventures squeak so bad you cannot wear them. They do not offer orthopedic level support. If we had not tried them I would have returned.
Overall process was quick and easy. I had my order in about a week. Product was very well made, and loved the colors. Great value.

Cheap shoe with zero arch support or cushion. There is nothing orthopedic about it. Complete waste of money and my feet hurt 10 minutes after putting them on.

Nice shoe just runs small. I wear a 8, I ordered a 8. But little bit too short. Omega responded quickly and sent a bigger size for free.
The sandals are comfortable, but I ordered for my mom on April 27 and they came May 15th. Shipping is too long. It looks like it is coming from overseas, but when I received a U.S address was listed as where it came from.
