I ordered a pair of shoes and was disappointed that shipping took so long. Because when I finally got the shoes, they were too small. I even went up a half size. I reached out to customer service and they offered to send me a replacement and all I'd have to pay is shipping cost. I thought that was very awesome! Although I will probably be waiting another 2-3 weeks to get the replacement, customer service is above and beyond!

After purchasing a pair of shoes from Omegawalk, I strongly feel that this company is a scam.
They don't disclose on their site that this is a Chinese company, operating out of China without a reasonable return policy (have to ship the shoes back to China at your own expense).
The shoes are of very poor quality made out of cheap materials but priced at $70 a pair. The orthopedic claim is false advertisement.
The size they ship is also wrong. Money wasted.

I didn't order 4 pairs of shoes. Just two size 9s. One in Black and one in Pink.

Eventually took about 3 Mths to get back the correct color, pls don't send me the wrong color on this order!
