The Support service at Olymp is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unlike the 24/5 service employed by the typical company. Help is provided by adequately groomed and qualified staff. But their response time is poor. I am usually busy and multitasking, and unless my problem is dire, I don't contact online support due to the wait time.

Customer service here is awesome. Actually, I believe all respectable brokers must have such a customer support.

Stucked at the main page of the website, you know why? Because it's super interesting to me to explore this broker. I have read all the information and only then opened demo account and started trading.

The main thing which I like in this broker is the simplicity of the platform and ability to trade if you are out of the PC or laptop. I remember the situation when mobile app helped me to close the deal in plus, while if I didn't have any opportunity to trade from phone, I'd lost this deal. It was a cool situation actually. From those times I realized the necessity of checking positions if I need to go far away from the PC.
Actually, there are tons of advantages, but also there are flaws as well... I can't state that the broker is a perfect one. No. For example, sometimes it takes lots of time to find particular information, i. E concerning bonuses. It was a real challenge to me and I spent almost hour and a half.

Olymp web platform is nice, i'm more to desktop version and it's provided too. Process of trading itself made very good. You can easily do trades on screen and there is no pop-up order entry form that could distract you.
Once i had an issue funding my deposit. Money transaction lasted two days. After contacting support team i found out it was due bank problems and later it was confirmed by the bank, so it's out of "trading problems".

Ive never written reviews before because it seems to me that there is nothing more informative than your own experience, however recently i have read plent of reviews and thought that they could help new traders. As for olymp trad then i can state that this broker isn't bad at all.

It has drawbacks, but they are minor, for example leverage system substituted with multiplicators, nothing scary. Might be inconvenient. The conditions here are attractive enough.
