Always one of my favorite stores but I am now so disappointed. Online order TDMHG4Y placed on 6/26/20, all 6 items in stock, expected delivery date of 7/7/20. I planned to wear the items to an event the week of 7/14. Checked the order status several times Between 6/26 and 7/6, every time the status was the same "expected delivery date of 7/7." At 3:26pm on 7/6 I get an email telling me all the items are out of stock and order has been canceled. Really Old Navy? But I did get a 10% off coupon for my inconvenience. Not enough. Oh, and I can order the same items again on the website today without a problem. I think you either need to work on your inventory control or your customer service. 1 day before the expected delivery and you let me know you don't have the items. You've had 10 days. And why can I order the very same items again today? It'll be awhile before I shop here again.
Ordered 3 packs of 5 face masks which were labeled surprise variety pack. The pictures showed bright, colorful unisex masks. After being delayed for a good amount of time, I received 3 packs of 2 pink and white stripped masks and three white masks. None of them looked as advertised, and many people on social media were complaining about the same thing. I called one evening and after being on hold an hour and a half, a woman tells me that they are aware there is a problem not only with the masks but with the wait time. She asks me to hold on a minute, puts me back in the damn que, and after being on hold another hour, I hung up. Called back again today and was on hold for TWO HOURS AND 17 MINUTES. The lady apologized for the hold, told me the packages were labeled a "surprise" and offered me 15% off my next purchase. MY NEXT PURCHASE? I am NEVER doing business with Old Navy again. Horrible customer service and horrible product. Just a note, they tried to blame the pandemic for the long wait times. I do a lot of online shopping, even before COVID-19, and no one has kept me on hold for more than 45 minutes.
Apparently this is a thing Old Navy likes to do considering I've seen numerous people complain about it. Recently my credit card was closed down without my consent despite it being completely paid off and always paid on time. I DIDNT EVEN GET A LETTER or EMAIL. It's very suspicious that would close down a loyal customers card for no reason who pays it off on time but I found out they like to take interest. So save yourself time and never get OPEN A OLD NAVY CREDIT CARD.
Where to begin. Ordered several items and once I hit 'checkout' I noticed it was shipping to my old address and not my current home AND current billing address. I immediately called customer service, after over an hour on hold I was told that the customer service rep could neither change/update the shipping address (even though it would match my current billing address). She said she would put a cancellation in the system, but the times may ship anyway... which they did in multiple packages over next 2 weeks! So where exactly is the 'service' in customer service? Put aside for the moment that a $16B company cannot cancel or revise an order immediately after placing it. My calls, e-mails and attempted chats with c. S. go unanswered. Days of sitting on order for over 2 hours, clicking on chats that say they are unavailable at the moment and an email to customer that gets an immediate automated response that states: "We have received your email. Due to the unusually high volume of calls, we are unable to respond." Seriously, does Old Navy have anyone working at customer service?
Ordered on june 19, says i will receive within 10 days. On june 23 got a message it was shipped. On june 27 that was changed to order pending/calculation watch for further info. Now july 2nd no goods, no response. Never again. At least stay in touch, say iys out of stock or what ever. COMMUNICATE
Since when is it ok to keep your customer on hold for 48 minutes? I finally hung up. I need to know when an order will arrive that I ordered 10 business days ago. Also why are the masks taking soo long?
I bought some things on line in mid AprilI didn't like the flimsy material whe I received the order as month later so I sent it back the next day.
They received the merchandise on May 22nd and still have not given me a refund.
I will never buy from old navy again!
I'm on hold with old navy for 2 hours. I placed a order for masks they charged me. Never received it. I understand that a lot of people are calling but this is ridiculous
6 Weeks ago I ordered 10 mask I was told they are on back order. I was ok with that. When I tried to sign into my account it keeped telling me I had no account. Yet I am bombarded with emails. After calling them ( I was on hold for 2.32 hours) I was told they would ship out the next day the 17th of June and I would get a tracking # emailed. The masks still have not arrived and neither did I get a shipping confirmation or Tracking#. After reading the reviews I learned that this is a ongoing problem with Old Navy. I wish I would have checked before ordering from them. I tried calling again the first few times I got a recording that they could not take my call at this time when I was finally put on hold I was on hold for 3.37 Hours and gave up. Long story short, this is my first time ordering from Old Navy and it will be my last. I will not recommend then to anyone. STAY AWAY
My order stated it was delivered- and it was not. I've been on hold 35mins today. Chat is never available and no email address is listed. Not sure what's happened to Old Navy, but this is the worst I've ever experienced with them. Not good at all
My online order w curbside pick up was a terrible experience. I need to speak with a live person...
I placed an online order containing 11 items over a month ago and of those items, only 2 arrived. 9 items were shipped with no ups update since the 19th of May. Ofcourse I attempted to file a claim with ups and wasn't able to do so because the "sender wouldn't allow" it. I've sent numerous emails and made countless phone calls to old navy's customer service and to no avail. I'm disgusted with them and will not purchase any thing from them again.
I placed an order on May 9 with the the knowledge the facemasks on the order were backordered until June 7th. At the time there was just one 5-pack assortment. Early June I checked on the status of my order and it is now backordered until July 7th. I have tried calling customer two times holding 25+ minutes before hanging up. I reached out through Facebook messenger and 9 hours later no reply. The frustrating part is they have many different assortments online now, some available for immediate shipping, some June 30th and some early July like mine. My complaint is they should have fulfilled back orders before making others for immediate shipment. Plus since the description clearly stated "assortment" they could have sent any of the ones they made.
I know things are bad and I'm trying to be patient but 30 plus days and still no refund for a shirt they made the mistake. And forget calling... they just tell you to call back. Today I waited 2 hours and got disconnected. I'm never ordering from them again.
CANNOT GET THROUGH TO ANYONE in Customer Service!
- Waited on HOLD 25 min first time, 40 Min. Second time & 25 min the Third time. MY FOURTH phone call went straight to a voicemail answering machine saying " We can't answer the phone so call back later!?!? REALLY a place of business NEEDS SOME type of customer service. But NOT #Oldnavy. I've been trying for OVER a week to get a simple RETURN SHIPPING LABEL but instead #Oldnavy sent me a 230 PAGE EMAIL of nothing but computer code!?!? WTF am I supposed to do with that!? Now I am unable to go through the online process of getting a return shipping label AND they have ABSOLUTELY ZERO customer support so I'm stuck with almost $200 of CRAP #oldnavy Products, unable to return them to have MY MONEY REFUNDED BACK TO ME. All because of #OLDNAVY and their CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE... NEVER AGAIN will I order ANYTHING from #OLDNAVY. EVER
I have always liked Old Navy. Not any more. I ordered and was charged for item and was told it shipped. Tracking order shows it has been at same site for 14 days. I have tried calling repeatedly and spent hours on hold. No answer. No options online or on phone to leave message, ask for call back or cancel order. Found an email address and response was automatic and of no help. Just repeated their online lies. I want to cancel order and get a refund. I am usually pretty accepting of shipping problems and other issues, and especially so during current coronavirus. However, total lack of any customer service at all is completely unacceptable
They have no customer service skills. I waited on the phone for 1.5 hours to speak to someone about modifying an order I placed. They said they couldn't do anything as the order was placed. However, they then contacted me via email to tell me they didn't have several items in stock and they were modifying my order. They can make changes when it suits them but not the customer. The need to have a call back option when you call. I tried to chat with customer service but it says to try later.
I placed an order on 4/17/20. Returned the items, and the items were received 5/9/20. I called customer service and was told that Returns take 30 days once they received it. Today is 6/12/20. No refund. That's over 30 days. Tried calling customer service again, unable to get through. I called my bank and they gave me my money back. Do not expect to get a refund if you return items by mail. And shipping takes 3 weeks to receive your order. Horrible service!
I purchased 3 items on 4/8/20, returned two on 5/11/20 and still have not received a refund. Despite multiple attempts, the 800 number simply put me on hold for over an hour and then hang up. The online chat feature always gives the message "Sorry, no agents are available. Please try again at a later time!" Today is 6/11/20 and it is already a month and I still can not reach a live customer service representative. Old Navy needs to step up their customer service department and refund my money back. Lack of customer service is not acceptable customer service.
Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways.You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
