Haven't used support yet but will edit my review if I have to use support team. OKEx keeps listing new altcoins and there is a lot of volume so all of my trades manage to process. Happy so far, do recommend joining.

I have been on Okex since December 2019 and i have never felt any problem here.
Unified Account has helped me a lot for arranging my all assets at one place only and trading either in Spot, Options and Perpetual without shifting assets one by one as we all did earlier.
Okex Unified Account improved my operational and margin efficiency and I am able to enjoy user friendly and easy to operate transaction modes for futures and perpetual swap contracts

The trading experience I have had at OKEx is wonderful. They consistently support their users to win prizes and stay informed by running AMA events. In addition, I can get support in my own language and they offer this support very quickly and with high customer satisfaction. The only thing missing is that there are no separate profit / loss tables for each cryptocurrency and each crypto. Thanks OKEx

Unified Account on OKEx, is an innovative product feature. Why? Because it allows me to trade across all instruments: le me say in spot, margin, futures, perpetual swaps, and options from within one account. Holy damnly sheeeeettt… that was so great. I can manage my $#*!in funds, trading tools, risk management, and more from one place. And also this features reduces transaction costs since all of us no longer have to buy all pairs to be traded. To good to be true, huh?
In my opinion, each account mode is greatly customizable and my butt will suits that varying degrees of OKEx stupendous experience, allowing me for trading with different appetites for risk, and also bunch of profit. HAHA. So, I thought this was substantially improves my trading operational and margin efficiency and also supports margin sharing across spot trading, futures trading, leveraged trading, and perpetual swaps and options.

Market started in 2017 in Binance moved to 2019 to Okex because there transfers are much easier and interface was very easy to use
