Is asking for own money is bad? The p2p buyer was scammer... Check his chat with me!

Frozen fund no customer service Alway chatbot,$ 5000 lifetime withdraw level 1 kyc? Why? Never seen such exchange

FIXED (OKX sent the money back) Buyer sent fiat from legal entity, not from personal account. Bank blocked it (I video and photo proofed in OKX chat) and sent it back.

Ignoring proofs and OKX sent my crypto to buyer.

I tried for months to get support's help, request #*******

They ignored or gave the same answer "As the buyer has already withdrawn the tokens and does not respond to us, we're sorry to inform you that we are unable to return the funds to you and we have restricted the buyer's account."

I invested money into okx. I did make money, but then I tried to withdraw some of my funds. I was told I had to pay a 15%;withdrawl fee. They charged me 20%, then they charged me a 22% gas fee.After every fee they assured me that there would be no more fees, yet they charged me a total of six different fees each time claiming there was some issued that required payment. After paying six different fees which added up to 95% of the amount I tried to withdraw, they tried to make me pay a seventh charge. I have received less than $20 from the platform but paid $5000 in fees and other charges.

I am in The process of filing with the Justice Department, SEC, FBI, and other agencies.

Had a p2p transaction the buyer sends me money from a PayPal account he scammed succeeded in having their credentials and finally got banned from PayPal and paid the chargebacks loosing about 1k unexpected

I raised a dispute after giving all the proofs the account was fake and doing scam what they find to give as a result was neither of the parties are responsible and the scammer's account is still operating just verified and I can't imagine how many people he scammed but they're leaving his account

An app where scammers have more privilege

Absolute criminal enterprise that is about to be sued and go bankrupt. They change withdrawal policies overnight, without notice to customers. Utter total disregard; spitting in users' faces. Zero customer support; just give you the run around. Will not allow customers to withdraw their OWN FUNDS! Check other reviews

Someone scammed into making payments into an OKX wallet but on realising that they were scammmer I reported this to OKX customer services and gave them the wallet address the money was paid into to get my money back but all they could do was to ask me to report it to my local enforcement agency. The scam took place on their platform and they should be able to recover my money or put a halt to transaction. If this was a bank transaction I know I would have been able to get my money back.
I lost about 1264 USD on this platform.

They claim I sent funds to an address, 21mins before the address was created? As I can't explain time travel, their response is to close the ticket and it's up to me to explain how their internal systems work, time zones, or something else beyond my technical skill level. Instead of trying to do "customer support" and figuring this out... They're setup not to think and if it means they keep your funds, no problem to them...

They are big big big scammers. Be careful everyone. They are funking trapping. They have aa group on whatsapp but that group is there own members.

I had invested $******* with this company, and when I wanted to pay taxes, they asked for 18%. Fair enough! When I asked tor withdrawal, thy asked about 3% fuel tax, then for transfer fee, then for channel fee, then for channel congestion fee, then for IP fee and it goes on.

They know I really needed the money and they had no intention to pay me back. And each time they wee tellimg me thst is that fee, then minors fee, until we came full circle and told me they want fuel fee again. In total they collected $******* from me and yet for me to get myoney back.

These are totally scam

Really super bad customer service, I assume they're collaborating with sellers to steal buyers money.
I bought some tokens via P2P, even though the amount was instantly transferred and I've provided 2 proofs (one from my account and one from the bank where my account is), still the tokens not released and the seller called (goodluck, SEPA instant) kept sending a screenshot from another account than he posted in P2P trading to prove that he didn't get the money.
I sent multiple email to customer service asking them to request the seller to provide a proof from the same account he posted, but no collaboration at all…
Be careful from such scam

They look real and very serious until you gave them a try. They will ask you ton of documents to prove your identity until you get tired to do so. They suspended my withdrawals as well as my balance of $*******. Stay away from this broker because they don't allow withdrawal after you invested until I report them and got all my funds back. All thanks to skyline-recovery,, coms they have a good consultation and all needed to help you recover your funds a trial will convince you.

Hello. My name is Anna, and I a wanna share with my experience with you. 5 days ago (2022-05-30 20:42:15 trade number **************) I made a P2P trade to withdraw some USDT. The guy who accepted order was an a scammer and don't even thinking to pay the order (New account, 0 trades, and keep silence in chat). So in this case you have only 1 option it create appeal and dispute this trade. Problem is, every time when OKEX users (scammers) try to scam you and you create appeal - this appeal consider longer, and longer, and longer.
Every single day I chat with agent support, and every day the same template response. I don't really understand why OKEX market support ILLEGAL actions and FREEZE customers money (with perfect reputation ~300 trades 100% complete rate)
No more deposite to scam portal. Guys, be ware!

There stop loss function doesn't work 50% of the time, and it caused more than a dozen liquidations. I've submitted multiple tickets already, it's been 2-3 months now still hasn't gotten back to me. Don't use this app/website if u don't want to lose money buying crypto.

I sent 2.62 toncoins to okex wallet many times before. The last one It was successful on the network but It didn't come to my account in seven days. I threw a few tickets. They're just apologizing. The tech team isn't interested.

Instead of meme coin, okex have something interesting and secure coin for non-meme trader. Like their arrangement and professionality to have the best of both world.
