Our family ordered a Tether ball set from OJCommerce once we realized with the COVID 19 we would be stuck in our yard this Summer.
It came very fast. The quality of the pole was over and above what we expected! We were beyond pleased. We installed the set in our yard when we got it and have been enjoying it ever since!
I have sent several messages to your company pertaining to a dresses I purchased. Never receive an answer to the several messages or phone calls I want my money returned. Worst business practices. This company don't deserve one star. I will be calling better business and put you on blast.
I was not happy after putting the bookshelf together. It was smaller than I expected so I asked to return it. I was sent an email stating if I wanted to return the bookshelf I would have to pay out of pocket for the return; pay a 20% restocking fee; and the worst part is that they will not accept it if it has been put together. Question, how would I know that I am not happy with it until it is put together. The end result is that even if I did want to return it I would pay more for the return than I paid for the bookshelf. In my case I would say HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Know who spend your money with. Verify all of the policies. The only reason I gave it a one star is because it was the worst option available.

I got the 5 drawer dresser. It came in a very heavy box and I was very intimidated. It took me a couple of days to get up my nerve to take it on. I opened it and it had a million pieces and 10 million screws and doles, but I figured I'd calm my nerves and dive into the directions and so I did. The directions were 80% clear. Actual pictures would have been helpful. At one point I went to youtube to see if there was anything I could watch, to no avail. 5 1/2 hours later I was done. I purchased this dresser for my closet. It arrived in a timely manner, the quality was what I expected and it looks great. My only recommendation is to provide more detailed instructions or a link to a video would also be extremely helpful. But if I could do it (a 63 year old female executive) anyone with a bit of determination could do it.
Hope I'm spelling this right loved loved the cabinets they were so easy to assemble and she the first one I was able to complete second one with no problem. There was a warning about formaldehyde you should consider!
During the COVID19 pandemic they had a little longer shipping I ordered April 19 and got them May 1st. Second to the cheapest vinyl online through Walmart. Would buy again because they're cordless!
I'm very satisfied with the ease of the way I was able to assemble it and I am a 69-year-old senior. It's perfect for me with the stay at home rule at this time.
