I bought winter gloves from their website on january 9,2021, the next day i went outside for a walk for 30 mnutes in -15 degree celcius weather here in montreal, quebec, canada, and my fingers were almost frozen at the end of the walk, i called them to tell them i would like to return my gloves which i paid 99$ plus tax for thinking they would be very warm at that price, and they refused to take them back cause i wore them, even though i had them only for one day and used them once for 30 minutes, i kept calling and emailling them and they blocked my number and never emailed me back, so if you want warm gloves at a good price with good customer service look elsewhere
