I ordered two items from oh Polly and they didn't arrive the next day which is what I paid for and my parcel said that oh polly suspected fraud and that wasn't the case so I decided to message them on *******@ohpollyhelp about the issue and in a matter of 15minutes my problem was sorted the parcels was sent off.

I was accidentally charged three times for the same order as the website had glitched when i was paying so I was unsure if the transaction had gone through or not. I later found out it had gone through three times. I contacted customer service and Bethanie replied extremely quickly and resolved the issue explaining my order would be arriving on time and I should expect my refund within 48 hours. Thank you!

This was my first and last time ordering from OhPolly. I ordered the lunar mini dress in orange. However, that was not the order I received. I received a blue bra instead. How does this even happen and where is the dress I paid for? I've reached out several times via email and Instagram, and have yet to receive a response. This has been the worst experience and I will never ever spend my money on OhPolly ever again. At this point, I just want my money back. If I could give zero stars I would.
The team had responded within 24 hours and without too many questions, apologised and told me they would send me a new dress out. And my address is Australia.
Student discount didn't come off so I emailed and asked if it was possible to take it off. Oh Polly replied fast and said it was no bother to take the discount off

I had a stain on my leggings nothing big just a mistake from the warehouse, I complained and Jess was so helpful! She gave me 2 options in which they would replace and cover shipping costs or a 20% refund & keep the leggings. Replied quickly on DM!
I had a few problems with this site (i've been ordering since last year, it was bound to happen) and they helped me tremendously! They helped me with payment options (i had to use paypal), and i accidentally ordered tall pants (i'm 5'0, BIG MISTAKE lol) and i emailed them and they were able to change my order to regular length! Very helpful and very attentive! They email back within a few hours which is cool. I love the clothes and i love the customer service! I recommend emailing them when help is needed.(i would add photos but i didn't get my order yet, but as i said i've been ordering since last year, all the clothes are good quality!)
