I signed up for seller leads and only received FSBO properties that were listed to Zillow and that I could have found on my own. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a few days and they make you send multiple emails about why you are canceling before they will even submit your request to billing.
Data is not accurate, you are stuck for 6 months for no extra value. It is a waste of money!
Nobody response the tickets.
The leads do work! It's not a perfect system and you do have to work the leads just as you would any other lead. However they are these out there! Strongly recommend Offrs!
I'm analytical, so the idea of offrs sounded promising. It took about 2 months to get traction, but we have since listed 2 properties and got repeat business. Offrs integrates with our current systems flawlessly. Looking forward to more success!
This product is not at all what they say in their videos, they sell you on the likely hood of these sellers selling in the next few months, but it's not true. The system in difficult to use. There is very poor training if any and is really just a waste of time and money.
I have been a client for over a year, and I am seeing great results. I like the consistent flow of leads I am getting, and it helps me stay on top of my Farm. The recent addition of FSBO and Expired listing leads is awesome too!
I have started using offrs to generate Facebook audiences with their predictive data. Every since Facebook took away options in their ad. Mamager, I have been looking for a solution to help me target my ideal prospect. It's a great service and recommend to. Anyone doing Facebook's ads.
I haven't counted each lead that has incorrect information but I received a little over 500 homeowners. I would say 400 of them have incorrect phone numbers, emails, and have zero plans of selling. I honestly feel like they pulled a tax record of every homeowner that lived in the zip code I purchased and then found a possible number associated with that name/address. Unfortunately, I saw these others reviews to late before I got locked into a six month contract. Oh and if you want to cancel make sure to do it 30 days in advanced in writing, that's another hidden guideline, they don't make so obvious when you sign up.
I'm an offrs employee.

I have been a realtor for 10+ years and have lived on direct mail. My area is an older population and so I rely heavily on mailers... Mostly FSBO, Expired and once in while a full canvas. I signed up with offrs and started mailing their Smart leads and my lead volume tripled. It took 3 months to get in the window of people thinking of listing but I also decreased my postal costs by 50%. I am very satisfied with the results. I am also starting to use the email marketing and their lead capture page now on my mailers as well.
I tried 3 other real estate lead generation companies... They were all overwhelming and gave me exactly 0 listings. Other services give plenty of "leads" but very poor quality. My subscription with offrs has been paid for many times over in just 3 months. Great support, helpful sales, and an easy to use platform.
Offrs has the best platform for delivering seller leads. The software is easy to use and really helps me market to my territory effectively. I have has a few questions or things that I needed help with and had a positive experience with their support team. I would recommend offrs to any realtor
I have been using offrs this year and have had great success using their lead capture page and building custom audiences from their smart data. I also hit their high scoring home owners with direct mail and its really improved our lead volume.
We have been a customer for a couple years and we understood the value of offrs.com because it brought all the data we needed to market to our zip for listings into one place. There is really only a few ways to build your brand in real estate - online, email, phone, txt, mail... and offrs enabled us to maximize all these channels.
Somehow I signed up for three months $0 ROI. You can get a better list from a phone book! You get an email the a lead has been verified! What does that even mean? Total waste!
I am not sure why I am being charged for a list of addresses that could just be pulled 1 time for less than 1 monthly charge offrs.com charges you for 6 mos. Now I am stuck in a 6 month contract where I have seen no verified leads, or lookup leads at all. This is a total waste of money... I hope this helps some other person before they get locked into this!
Bought 3 territories exclusivity with them. Received data. 75% of it was bad from incorrect owner names bad emails invalid phone numbers. Folks save your money from this Shister company
We've used various data providers, like Remine and others. This is truly a rip-off and they give you no way to cancel. No training, no resources. We are a large brokerage in Georgia and close over 200 homes per year, so we are not amateurs and are open to trying new tools. But the experience here was just awful. No value delivered and they make the cancellation process as complicated as possible.
Answer: I paid $231/month for like a neighborhood of 1200 residences
Answer: Were you ever able to cancel? I was told to submit an email requesting to cancel at [email protected]. I also called and spoke with carry who said she would forward the message. On a side not I also cancelled the card so that can't make any future charges. A hassle but worth it.
Answer: Check spam folder. This is where I usually see registration emails from any service I use.
Answer: It's under the CRM, all the way to the right, in a pull down
