I definitely recommend their ROOF program which follows up with leads offrs generates. It is like having an ISA working leads for you which is great since I don't have the time.

I admit that I got suckered in by their offer. High tech, predictive sellers, landing page, emails...don't do it! After almost a month, all I got was a couple of old leads that actually were old and none of the contact info was correct. Then they had an issue with their landing page, for at least 4 day, maybe longer. When you would click on a link, a privacy notice would come up warning that your information could be stolen! Nice thing for a potential client to get...then trying to shut it down, get a refund, etc is a nightmare like everyone says in these reviews. Total joke.

Horrible people, horrible company. Watch out for your credit card I screwed more than 1k.

I wish I had read the online reviews before paying for this service. Their lead guarantee is a scam. All of the leads that I received were old leads from months ago and not from ads that Offrs.com put out on behalf. In fact, one of the "leads" was my neighbor who has been dead for over a year. I reached out to them around the 2 week mark to let them know that I had not received any new leads despite the site stating that the guarantee had been met. They replied that it's unreasonable for me to think I would just be handed 30 leads in such a short period of time. The site does not work properly and I have video documentation showing that alleged new leads that came in would have no contact information and then disappear from my account. But all of this isn't even why I'm leaving a negative review.

When deciding if I wanted to sign up for this service, I let the sales rep, Joshua, know that I had never purchased leads before and was very skeptical. I eventually agreed to sign up for 30 days to see if I liked it. There are several emails during this time and during the time that I was expressing my dissatisfaction that I mentioned paying for "the 30 days" and at no point in time did anyone mention that this was a subscription with reoccurring charges and that I would have to cancel to stop future payments. So imagine my surprise when after a horrible experience, I was charged again.

I reached out to them and they refused to refund me, claiming that they spent money on ads for me already. I then filed a dispute with my credit card company and was told that Offrs.com provided an authorization from me. I NEVER signed anything physically or virtually. As someone who reads contract thoroughly, I would know if I signed something and I would have a copy of it (which I do not). This is absolutely fraud!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Complete waste of money. The majority of the lead info is completely wrong. They refuse to give refunds for the scam service and trying to stop it is near impossible

I signed up for Ofrs on Sunday evening 5/7/23 at 6:30pm. After I scanned the site and saw some discrepancies, I received information it would take 7-14 days to set up my account to start receiving leads. By Monday 5/8/23 10am, I learned I will not be working for a few months and started emailing Offrs support to cancel my account and refund since no work on my account started. It took several days to get a response. By the time I got a response, my account had not been set up and Offrs started sending me fake leads. They stated that I signed up and no refund policy, However, it states no refund after my account is set up. My account was never set up or active. I never received a paid invoice or a contract that stated that. There is no number to call support. There is no transparency with this company.

I began my messages polite and courteous and informed them that when my situation changed, I would give them a try. However, this company is terrible. Horrible business practice. Uncaring, unforgiving, scam. RUN... RUN...

I was given the old bait and switch and ended up losing $600. This site is a subscription trap, the only way I escaped was to report my cc lost. It's a perpetual membership that has no "unsubscribe" feature. Every lead I received was an angry person who had received numerous calls. There is nothing different about this service. DO NOT SIGN UP UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING IN A BILLING NIGHTMARE

I can't say enough good things about this product. I've tried a lot of similar lead generation products in the past, but offrs is one of the best ones. I have been in real estate for 13 years. 5 listings!

My first listing was $300Khome in 2013 singleFamily.

MOST of the data is old. I went through with a fine tooth comb and learned that the sellers that scored high was because Offrs never updated their scoring of these folks A LOT have just bought a few months ago so their predictive analysis is old data. No good contact information either. I had to use Remine to get phone numbers and email addresses. Their postcard campaign is random and expensive - they don't send a consistent postcard to the same person this came straight from the customer service and sales person. VERY EXPENSIVE. Everything is priced separately - if you choose to go it alone without their pricey add ons all you are left with is a very expensive data sheet of names. Bottom line they sell old data. Do not recommend. Oh and it's an annual contract no breaking it. I pay $350 a month for a list of names and addresses.

The data is not accurate and their customer support is awful! I've been paying for months trying to get support and NO ONE has gotten back with me it's a total waste of money!
