The product I ordered had EOL. Mike called to inform me of the replacement and took care of the SKU change on the invoice.

A projector we ordered was no longer available. They readily substituted the replacement model for the same price.

Mike provided Legendary Customer service! He was very informative about the products and very helpful in my making a decision on what to purchase.

The questions about delivery time and products received could not honestly be answered, because they weren't shipped yet, and will not be coming to my location.
