Was able to pick up a projector for our restaurant same day that I found this company online. I thought they were only a website but they actually have a huge warehouse full of projectors in North Miami. Very convenient.

Service was good but didn't receive exactly what we ordered.
Perfection. Ordered what I wanted over the phone without any upselling. They simply answered my questions took down my order followed by emailing me confirmation of the purchase. What was nice is that when I called in I spoke with actual employees of Officewonderland who were knowledgeable about the items they are selling. A breath of fresh air.

My only complaint was that I couldn't simply click on a suggested warranty for information. I had to add to my cart or search it separately. It's a small concern, but just something to consider. Otherwise, your prices are good, and your website is easy to navigate. Thank you!

What a fiasco! Great pricing on the product but after the order was placed... an absolute disappointment. Not told of item on back-order until a week later; then it turns out it wasn't on back-order, the manufacturer just didn't ship it! And then it took 6 or 7 phone calls to Office Wonderland, who then called NEC, who then shipped it to the wrong location. What should have taken 3 or 4 days took 2 weeks! Just bad. The manager said he was embarrassed and couldn't apologize enough. Very unfortunate.
