Purchased a bunch of desks for our office because of the next day delivery. The next day, I was emailed being notified that the delivery was 'delayed'.

I had to call them to find out an expected delivery date as you are provided with no tracking & no delivery slot. Two days in a row I was fobbed off with the same thing... "it's out for delivery", and both days, the order never arrived.

When the goods eventually arrived, all the desks were the wrong colour. I called again, and again I was supplied with ZERO information on what to do, instead I was told somebody would call me back at an undisclosed time.

When speaking to the customer service staff, they have to then ring their various suppliers / couriers to find out information on the next steps., which takes days.

I eventually got an email back, telling me I had to repackage the pallet myself and take it outside for the courier to come and pick it up the following day (No time slot given of course).

And... You guessed it! The Courier never showed up. We stored an office full of unwanted flat-pack desks until the courier showed up 2 days after.

I waited another week before calling to get an update on replacements. They couldn't update me so I just cancelled the order.

If even a modest level of service is important to you, or your business, then avoid this bunch of amateurs.

Ordered a small cabinet which came in flat pack but on a huge pallet. Driver unloaded pallet and refused to take it away with him. Customer services staff and manager both very arrogantly told me they would not collect it and it was my problem. Neither the sales process or delivery information on their website states a pallet may be left with the product. I have ordered alot of furniture from other companies in the past and never had this issue. AVOID!

Ordered a £300 full mesh desk chair which was delivered the next day. Assembled it and tried it out. Very uncomfortable and gave me back pain. Rang office furniture to try to return item but they refused, saying no return policy.

Buying a full-mesh desk chair in a high street furniture shop is just not possible as they simply don't stock them, so I had no choice really but to order one online.

I'm regretting that decision now.

BEWARE. AVOID THIS COMPANY. UNFAIR POLICIES I bought a chair with this company and their service has been disgusting from the moment they had my money.
Next day delivery did not happen.
When the item did appear it was left outside my front door without anyone even knocking - I was in all day and only found it when a builder called at my door. I was sent an email that was alleged to be my signature as proof I had signed for it! (This is fraud and I am now inclined to look into this matter further.) I informed this company and received a generic "apology".
The chair is no good to me - it's too big and is not as adjustable as I need it to be.
I phoned this company to inform them I would like to return the chair by courier at my own expense. They told me that because I have assembled the chair they refuse to accept a return. It is impossible to tell whether the chair is suitable unless it is assembled. They are in effect saying "no returns on chairs" or other items that require assembly before you can judge their suitability.
I advise avoiding this company like the plague in case you have any problems with any of their items. You will find it difficult to receive fair treatment.
