I never got paid for the item I sold/shipped out. They never respond to their messages. What a scam.

This app has become the most useless app on my phone it never was like that when I'm looking for items near me the first things that pop of are on the west coast or someplace that has to ship stupid! And no my it's not because of my settings and way to many sponsors these company's OfferUp and let go have obviously sold out like I said most stupid $#*!ing app I had

Offer up is a joke. More of a social page as compared to selling items. Don't waste your time. Better sites out there with faster results.

They really need to bring. Let go, this is the worst stay on the planet, I absolutely hate it. Absolute garbage people go on that site.

So my account got hacked and from there it got worse. Like all other reviews say, no live support, no emails back. ALSO take a look at the responses back from 'offer up' to any review... it states 'thanks... blah blah blah, contact *******@offerup.com to let us help you.

So the reviews state the issue and then the response is, here is an email to repeat what you just said? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

Lame and shady crap site where it is riddled with garbage. Stay away from this place, nothing but a giant trash sale.

Tried to post my car for sale and it kept deleting it, then asked for $4.99 to post ad which I paid and tried to put ad back on (should be simple right?), and deletes it again. So I contact customer service and no one responds for 4 days and their response? We have deleted your account for suspicious activity! OMG! Where is my $4.99 refund?

I never post anything duplicate, all of sudden they banned me from posting duplicate? What crummy service they have, I used to use Letgo & it was awesome they these offerup more like offer Down bought them & ever since they gone down hills in the cracker. I don't sell there any more since they are so rude & racist.

I believe they are profiting from them somehow. Otherwise why would they allow these postings to stay up for 10 to 20 days and why else when i take the time to report these ads do they still stay up even when I report them 5 times.

I can't explain my experience in 100 character. This app is missed a garbage and trash hope they didn't buy letgo

After I payed they just close the account and took the money & no refund
no contact center for help no email. Many app errors.

This app sucks to many adds and scammers plus they don't delete old Post there are lot of Post on here that are over 5 years old lol delete old Post and please stop the adds thanks

THIS SITE ALLOWS SELLERS TO POST FAKE POSTINGS AND WHEN YOU COMPLAIN THEY DO NOTHING TO REMOVE THESE FRAUDULENT LISTINGS. BEWARE OF USING THIS SITE.

In January I had two Cannondale mountain bikes stolen from my garage along with a very expensive bike rack. Shortly after I found one of my bikes on OfferUp. I had filed a police report and I was working with an LAPD detective who acquired a warrant. OfferUp was completely useless, they claim to work with police departments but they didn't provide the detective with anything tangible that could be used to locate the thief who stole our bikes. I would be suspect of anything being sold on OfferUp based on this experience. OfferUp clearly knows that stolen merchandise is being fenced on their site and they clearly don't care. They don't provide the police with anything tangible to assist in a police investigation, it appears there is no real registration or way of tracking communication between buyers and sellers of specific merchandise. Bottom line, OfferUp is complicit in the sale of stolen goods.

Been using this app for years and they just decided to ban me over something but won't tell me what. Lost a ton of deals with other people and lost all my listings that I spent hours creating as well as the reviews I worked hard for. HORRIBLE customer service. Slow response, doesn't care about other humans at all. Won't recover any of my lost data. Such a scam. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY & THEIR APPS (they own "letgo" too - that app is even worse than offerup!). Use Facebook Marketplace or craigslist instead

I bought supposed locked iPhone 12 pro max for parts, and the seller sent me a CLONE phone with a different imei number as ad
Vertised. I reported to offer up immediately, guess what they did, released my money to the criminal. Sending me an email that I never reported on time. Offer up go to your app and investigate it and you will find out I reported the issue same day. Please refund my money. This is wrong and bad for your company.

I want on OfferUp to sell a few items, I was immediately contacted by scam artist all of them asking for my phone number an email address, one person wanted to buy an item wanted to send me a cashiers check he said he was going to send a moving truck to get the item after I cashed check and I was to pay the moving company. He did have an account while we were in contact. I went back on his account a few minutes later and his account was deactivated. Completely shady.

I thought the shipping experience was awesome and the sellers but, unfortunately that's where it ended. I purchased a 4 channel amp that said normal wear but that isn't true the seller regret to inform me that 1 of the channels (front right) were blown so just know it's not always green grass I tried it but that will be the last time I get screwed over. Just messed up my first experience was that bad $300 plus gone not to mention had it professionally installed $89 smh

I find it impossible to use this site due to the annoying Cloudflare check that pops up every time I try to look for an item. This just started and I cannot find how to make it stop
