Love the deals you guys provide, always something for everyone. Website is always up and responsive, visit your website nearly every night :) don't buy much but it's been great.

I ordered make up brushes which I recieved over a month ago but good quality.
I have made MANY purchases from NZSale over the last 2 years and I have never had any issues. I have always been notified and then refunded when an item I had purchased was actually sold out and only one item to return, which was dealt with within a reasonable time frame. I have no qualms in recommending NZSale to anyone - which I do do because I am always asked where I get these awesome things from :o)
Enjoy online shopping, but hard to see the material and quality from the picture. Happy with most purchase, sometime disappointed with the quality when received.

I found such great brands for extremely cheap prices and am over the moon about my purchases.
We don't have to plane hop anymore to be able to enjoy designer clothes shoes and bags dropped off well packed to our door thanks to NZS. I love being able to treat myself without the drudgery of trawling through shops and you are so affordable... I LOVE NZS x

The only bugbear I have is the delivery service. Everything else is good. Products ts are normally what I expect. Ocasionally I return something and the process works. 90% of my shopping is NZ Sale.
I love bargain sites like this, but I'm also a savvy shopper, and this isn't where I want cheap low quality clothing with even less detail than it'd have on their own manufacturer's site. If things that won't have reviews are listed, then perhaps they should actually be described.

Ordered perfume online and followed the instructions as to how long my order would take. Wow was I impressed. Online tracking was so accurate. Knowing that my order had arrived in NZ and had cleared customs was great But alas the courier wasn't up to scratch. Arrived with the courier on a Tuesday, I phoned on the Thursday and was told it would be there that day. No sign of my order by Friday lunchtime so I phoned again and it arrived that afternoon. Apparently the courier was new, which was ok but why was it sitting with the courier company from Tuesday till Friday?

The website sells great products and generally the descriptions are accurate and this makes online shopping easy even for clothes. I've had to return some products previously and that went smoothly. The shipping is generally quite slow but within the stated range.
