A good marker of a company is how they deal with a problem, my experience with nova tech is that they were rude unhelpful and ultimately failed to deal with a faulty graphics card even suggesting that the games i was trying to play on it were incompatible with the card.
I have sent the card back twice the second time with the evidence they asked for both times their technical staff were rude and unhelpful.
The card i bought was a rx460 powercolor which if you google you will find lots of other people with the same crash, it will only run stable with a 12% underclock and more and it crashes on every game i tried to play.
In my experience very poor customer service avoid
I have bought two PC bundles and some memory from therse guys. They sell good gear at good prices, delivery is top-notch and their customer serbvice is fantastic. Great to come across a company like this.
