Took a long time to receive my Termination cap and some of the pipes came damaged
They just don't care about you, the customer. Wouldn't answer emails, or phone calls. When you sit on the phone 45 minutes to an hour, they can't answer, then they say give us your number and we'll call you back. Never did until days and days later only because they finally read one of my emails that I Iet em know what I thought of them. I wrote their website down so I'll never shop with them again..

Although the fragrance oils are very nice smelling from the bottle I can not use them until you deliver the scent stone I paid for.

Received exactly what was ordered within two weeks. Local suppliers on the West coast were giving me receiving dates of 4-6 weeks with no concrete date.
