I have not received my purchase yet. I ordered black pants but they were out of stock so I had no choice but to order the grey ones and still have not received them. So far I am underwhelmed with my experience. I am an outdoors person and would have probably been a loyal customer but I'm not sure now.
Shopping on the site was straightforward. Despatch was prompt and delivery was quick. Was very pleased with the fit - I wish more products had variable leg lengths for each waist size. Overall, a really positive experience.
Made for Cold Weather and active lifestyles. Wanted to test out their equipment to see if it holds up to the advertising.

I placed the order a month ago and it did not arrive.
Over 2 months and no product. Customer service helps none! Asked for a refund but denied.
My order took two weeks to be delivered even though it was shipped from a facility nearby. I decided to return the product but was not allowed to return it to the original facility in NY. I had to return it to Canada which meant paying duty and customs in addition to a $5 restocking fee.
Very disappointed.
I was very pleased with the quality and fit of the pants I ordered. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase and delivery experience.

My favourite hiking pants! Delivery was a little longer than expected but worth the wait.
The jackets and pants are sturdily constructed and loaded with lots of zippered pockets to keep your phone and other gadgets dry while out in the elements.
Shipping over a month.
Pants nice, except for sort of an old-lady fit (elastic in waist-band), which I would have preferred to avoid.

I have wore my pants a couple of times since recieving them, and think they are a good product that I will enjoy. That said, it took 3 weeks from time of order to delivery which is way too long.
Good communication with seller, little bit slow delivery, but item arrived well packaged, in great condition, true to size and advertised description.
I tried them in moderate rain we had shortly after arrival and they worked exceptionally well!

Very helpful assistance when trying to decide whether or not to buy some pants. Of importance, I was assured if they did not fit, I could return them less the re-stocking fee.
Ordering in line was easy. Delivery was through the mail and took 2-3 weeks to arrive. After ordering you will receive emails informing you of more deals.
Just another pair of these great pants in a different colour. So comfortable and ideal for my outdoor days with and without Dogs.
I was skeptical having ordered pants online from various vendors. I wasnt as pleased with them due to their quality, less than accurate product description and length! These pants at some point you wont know you even have on. The fit is perfect.
