Twice I have placed an order and did not receive my order in excess of 30 days. The order was not delivered until I contacted them to question the delivery time.

Shipping time was satisfactory. Very nice pants for outdoor wear. I feel the return process is woefully inadequate. I sent with tracking on 3/13/23 but once it left the US it was not helpful. No refund and no communication yet.

Delivery was as expected. The pants were as advertised. Very happy with Northbound

Ordered on March 3, still nothing six weeks later. Company said this is normal and was mentioned in FAQ's. Nothing is in Canada. No business address. No contact names. Take your money. False positive reviews. How is this not illegal in this country is beyond me. Total scam. Contacted them a few times and got the same email reply both times. Cut and paste personalized replies.

Great company, great products, was missing an item from my first order but was sent a replacement immediately without question. Hope to buy again but the only issue is the courier delivery company, they are totally unreliable. If companies would use the national postal and parcel delivery company for its I would have no issue with online shopping.

I ordered my regular jean size but the pants were way too big. I had to choose another colour in hopefully my size. I had to pay for return postage (ouch) and am waiting for my exchanged pants to arrive. Also not happy about paying in US funds. That really sucks, eh!

I ordered winter and summer pants for my husband this year. He loves both!

The delivery took way to long. My expectations were not set for such a long wait. It looked as if my package was just sitting in New Jersey. This is indicative of a scam and was upsetting. Too bad, as the products are well constructed and confortable. In fact, the best products I've received via mail purchase. Get a new shipping contract or make it very clear the expected wait time and train your customer service for honest responses that will promote trust and not aggravate more distrust.

Haven't wore yet but look good. Only issue I have is unlike other online stores I buy from returns for exchange due to fit are not covered.probably won't buy again due to this hefty additional expense. I bought 2 pair same size yet one was too tight.

Order process was straight forward. Good tracking.

The pants fit well and look great.

Overall the experience was great. Pants took about 3 weeks to arrive a little longer than I expected but no expectation had been set either. The pants appear to be of excellent quality

Let's hope your Summer pants are the same measurement spec as the winter pants. Taken a punt and purchased three pairs
That's why I purchased the summer trousers. 3 pairs great fit. These compliment the two pairs of the winter trousers purchased. Both summer and winter trousers are perfect for Golf and or walking Birding.

Love the velcro waist adjusters; so nice to be able to adjust to my natural waist rather than having to use a belt. They should be on every pair of pants!
The fit was absolutely perfect, a little stretch, not too tight or loose. The darts on the knees make bending my leg comfortable as well.
I would sincerely recommend these as well as the womens winter pants (through Canadian winters as a letter carrier).

Only a small issue with shipping this time. Not sure what happened, but they were good and worked with me to get me my order. From the few times Ive ordered this was the only time there was a delay.

Lured in by Canadian design only to receive, weeks later, the same Chinese clothing found on eBay for 1/4th the price.
Way over priced, super slow shipping. Oh you get a tracking number right away. However, the product sits at the "fast shipping express" place for a month, lol.

As a loyal customer over the past four years was disappointed when I was expected to pay for the cost of shipping a return back. All years if something needed to be returned the company provided a shipping label. Change in policy they don't provide now. Can't order if sizing is not reliable.
