They ripped me off badly. They gave me 50% off on an item and used a fictitious retail and I paid 20% over the regular price. That is the ultimate fraud.
Wow nordstrom rack, you all tried to pull a fast one on me. I returned a coat that I purchased for $129.97. I received an email stating my refund was for $58.93 so short by $71.04. Upon further examination I see that I was charged $68.89 for "Late Return fee". I've never heard of anything like this and it certainly does not mention this in the return policy. Just wanted to warn people of this. I called and they did refund that fee but just wonder how long they have been doing this.

Inconsistent experience between online and in-store shopping. If you need to return something that you ordered online, it's an ordeal and customer service is not helpful at all.
My packages never arrived and they refuse to refund. I called USPS using the tracking number provided. It turns out that Nordstrom rack shipped my package to the wrong address (not the one I provided). They asked me to contact the police and provide them the subpoena to receive their investigation of my package. It is not my fault of giving them the correct address and they provided USPS with the wrong one.
Both Nordstrom and the rack have unbelievable poor customer service and bad products. Nordstrom cancelled my order when I never said anything about canceling, took me 6 representatives to finally get an answer. Seriously, why hire sales associate that will just end the chat conversation without looking into customer's problems? Its like they didn't want to be there! How unprofessional. Then, I decided to buy from the Rack instead because I had a gift card. I was really excited about getting some makeup and skincare products, but no they sent me used eyeshadow palette and used Mario Badescu skincare. This was even more disappointing than earlier on with the cancellation product. That experience made it clearer for me to never purchase with Nordstrom anymore! Won't be purchasing from both rack and Nordstrom anytime soon.
I bought something on Feb 23 and haven't received it - it is clearly lost but I got to wait until March 10th for a refund- this is ridiculous - it use to be no problem to return or get a refund for a lost package- not I keep getting a lot of worthless apologies. How about we turn that around Nordstrom Rack and you wait 10 days until I can find the funds to pay you
I spent over 300 and I would never wear anything that I brought unless it were for pajamas they are falsely advertised. They look nothing like the modeled pictures and when I spoke to customer service they were so rude and basically said they don't care if I do business with them again. I never expected this low quality or rude service from Nordstrom.
I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding and received a USED dress from the rack. Yes, you read that correctly- I was sent a dirty used dress. The bottom was all black from someone wearing it and rubbing on the floor.
Nordstrom rack no longer includes original shoe boxes when you order shoes online. This is very frustrating because many times I'm purchasing shoes as gifts for others and it looks so unprofessional and shady when the shoes comes in a clear plastic baggie and not the original box! The box provides valuable info like the shoe name, sizing, etc. Not including them is just so impractical and makes for such a poor experience, especially when you're paying for higher end brands.
Ordered shoe A from their website, shoe A is what was pictured on their website. They sent a different color. I contacted them via CS chat and their solution to my inconvenience was "send it back". Okay, if I order the correct shoes again, are you going to send me the correct shoes or a second pair of incorrect shoes? "Probably the same ones you just received. Probably a glitch on our website". They literally said "if you want to send the shoes back I can offer you a free return and free shipping on a different pair". Holy Smokes! Are you kidding me? I can return the incorrect pair you sent for free AND you'll give me free shipping on a different pair? No, no. That's simply too much.
In summary, they screwed the order up, either their customer service sucks or their reps aren't empowered to do anything for the inconvenience they cause. I won't be ordering from them again, you shouldn't either.
I ordered a Go Couture sweater that looked great in the picture, and bought it to match pants that I ordered. The sweater I got was NOTHING like the item pictured! Cheap cheap cheap quality! If what I got was what was shown in the picture I never would have ordered it. So shameful.
I ordered a pair of Adidas shoes from the website. I got my confirmation email that said that I ordered the shoes. I never got an email telling me that my shoes were shipped and a tracking number. The only number I had was an order number. The week before the shoes was supposed to arrive at the Nordstrom store for me to pick up. I got an email saying that the shoes were not in stock. Which was weird because on the Nordstrom rack website there was no indication that the shoes were out of stock. Shame on Nordstrom Rack for not letting me know that the shoes were out of stock. I'm just gonna go buy shoes now from the Nordstrom Rack store from now on.
I'm speechless. Their clothing is sub-standard as is their (lack of) customer service. Don't bother. Nordstrom Rack is nothing like Nordstrom, where I've been shopping since 1988 (Los Angeles store) and most recently at the Westchester. This place uses on trac as their shipping providers. You will never receive your package. Mine was lost, so I was refunded. Then I received it months later (it was a Xmas gift), charged again and they would not let me return the item because it was passed the return date. I literally have the emails and will be contacting my bank.

As an Elite Member of Nordstrom and their spin offs, I quit. Christmas 2020 was a disaster…… products not delivered, wrong sizes, no customer service. But I forgave them, even had to pay them for items not received. But it's 2021/ 2022 and I try again, cash in some points get a hundred dollar gift card, place an order Total 389.57, so gift card only covered a portion.
I get a notification the next day my order was cancelled, why? I email, I call…. No one can explain or return my 100.00 gift card. This was the 16th of January, I have emailed the support center and called everyday since, yes I'm a pest but I want answers and my money back, neither of which they seem to want to provide. Today they say wait until Feb. 5th snd we might have some answers. I will wait but expect nothing. This is just not a company I choose to do business with any longer! And you shouldn't either, their stock is tumbling and they are in trouble, don't get caught up in their mess! Purchased two pairs of boots from Nordstrom Rack. Received my confirmation and tracking information as usual. When I checked mail, items were not in my mailbox. Reached out to delivery company to see if they can find where they were delivered. No response from carrier. So I reached out to Nordstrom Rack for assistance. They suggested I file a police report and that's all they could do to help me. I filed a police report and asked for assistance with carrier. They said that's all they can do and it wasn't their problem. I didn't choose the delivery service provider, they did. Not sure where that package was left and no one will reach out to me from CDL or Nordstrom Rack to retrace where that package was left.

2. When USPS loses a package they want you to wait two weeks after the date the package was suppose to be delivered before they will consider the package lost and issue a refund.
The cost of products sold there are too much for the poor customer service they exhibit.
Ordered 3 items received the wrong items. Spoke to 2 people one being a "manager" told I would have to reorder the product. Unfortunately they were items on the sale rack and longer have my size. Tried to get them to search who would have ordered the items I received I provided them with a screw #'s maybe to see if they may have received my package instead. Poor customer service do not order from these guys! No help at all!
