This statement is NOT true: "Returns are easy! Just send them back to us and we will give you a full refund". When I attempted to return 2 tops, their response was that it would be too expensive for me to mail it back because they are located in China and they offered me a 15% refund instead. It took 6 emails to them before they even responded. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM NORA CORA. Wow! What a horrible experience which is too bad, because I liked 1 pair of pants I got. That was an expensive lesson.

Just received my clothes order after waiting weeks. The fabric they use is the worst in the business. I have never seen so thin fabric in my lifetime. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. Please don't buy anything, someone is getting rich on the good people that work hard to have enough to spend on a clothing budget. Everything looks good in the pictures on the website but wait until you see what you actually get. The materials no better then rice paper. Hopefully with enough reviews we can shut this site down.

Stay away from this NoraCora - it's a Scam!

My order was supposed to arrive in 10-20days and it took almost a month! I ordered garments size 2X and they sent me garments labeled 2X but they will fit a 10-year old skinny girl. I've been contacting them since Monday to get the correct address to the warehouse and I have not received a response. They stuffed my order including a pair of shoes in a flimsy plastic bag. The bag arrived ripped with a hole and I am returning it unopened exactly as it came. I only carefully opened the other bag with the two blouses size 2X (for kids), and I am taping it and returning it as such. Oh how I wish I have read these reviews before placing my order!

Did any of you get the correct return address that can share it with me?

I purchased over $300 in clothing that was supposed to arrive 10-20- days from ordering. But did not arrive for 47 days and all of it was jammed into a small plastic bag.
The worst crap I have ever seen, cheapest thin fabrics,, threads hanging, seams open, ill fitting and when I asked for a return authorization it took days and 3 requests. They did not send the authorization because I was 1 day over the 15 day return policy. Now I am stuck with $300 of pure S---t. Sherri K.

BE AWARE-YOU "WILL BE DISAPOINTED"

Obnoxious and horrible customer service.
The fact that the quality of the merchandise is SO cheap and substandard, is bad enough; but to make it almost impossible to return it is deplorable. All I had to do was open the package to know the mistake I made. The smell of the cheap material the shoes are made of, gave it away immediately. There was no reason to even open the packaged top it looked as cheap quality as the shoes and there was no reason to open it or keep it. I hate it all. But - just try to return it! It took 5 emails to get them to respond that items have to be returned to CHINA - AT THE SHIPPER'S EXPENSE - with some additional fees. I guess I learned a valuable lesson when I bought from Noracora it's a HUGE rip-off and scam.

Clothes do not come as advertised... missing about half the fabric needed to achieve the style in the picture. When you want to return they offer you 15% of purchase price or you can return to China at a very hefty mail cost. In the back and forth of email I let them know I was going to return to the address on the mailing package unless I heard from them... I did not hear in five days so I returned to a Ca address. I just revived an email saying to bad for me... now I get nothing. Do not buy from this co it is a sham. Would love suggestions about other ways to get refund and to warn others
