42 days incomplete order & no response. I filed a formal complaint with The Better Business Bureau.
USED 1 ITEM OUT OF THE ONES I RECEIVED EARINGS. 2 MONTHS AND I STILL DON'T HAVE A COMPLETE ORDER. ORDER RECEIVED DAMAGED. CAN'T GIVE ANY STARS SINCE THE COMPANY IS NOT GOOD AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
Over a month ago I purchased 6 items. I am a perfect size 10. The chart read a Medium. However the reviews read runs small. I order the large and extra large in everything. I received a pair of earrings within 2 weeks. A month later I received another item, a dress. My neighbor who is a small was able to ware it. This was an XL. That was the last item I received. After 4 weeks, and not receiving the rest of the order I called only to be told, things were on back order. No email, no messages that items were not available. Today I received a shirt, and it doesn't fit. I have NO faith that the other items will not fit either. This company is based in China, some of the orders went to 4 other locations in China before it came to the US. I paid for speedy shipping and over $150.00 in items that don't fit. When I went into my account today to write a review, it reads they have no record of me. Stay away! That is my advice to anyone. UPDATE: The Shirt I just received has black marking pen on it... GREAT
I bought a cardigan for this autum and It fits me so well. The fabric is thick and soft and I also like the sleeves so much.

Catalog looks great and a return policy APPEARS to exist, but don't be fooled. Items are not as described--sizes and material quality are completely off. If you request a return or cancellation of items that still have been shipped( three weeks after order was placed) you get in an email loop with no resolution. The email i receive in response to requests is exactly the same every time. Requests for order info are provided, but the same response is sent again by the company. It's bizarre. Save your hard earned bucks!

Where do I even begin? Don't be fooled by their super trendy casual American-looking models, fresh off the beach. Their clothes are ABSOLUTE JUNK. Instead of the weathered cotton-linen look, you'll receive thin, nasty-looking polyester junk that doesn't fit. I would be embarrassed to wear this out in public. I donated this to Goodwill and never wore it.
I'm trying to return items and they make it as difficult as possible. The package came from Santa Fe Springs, CA but they want the items shipped back to Chine at your own expense! The clothes are very cheap and their service sucks so bad... Save your money and go somewhere else!
Pic of this item showed a good quality knitted sweater vibrant colorful stripes... it's NOT knitted... some kind of really cheesy rayony fabric... neckline is all out of shape... color looks spray painted on to an unattractive grayish background... really UGLY... and whatever they're coloring with stinks (unpleasant chem. Odor) all in all an item of clothing not worth one cent.
Save yourself and your money! The reality is nothing like their pictures. The fabric is trash. They will not post your negative reviews. I refused to pay more money to return... they said I would get back 35 percent! I won't give this to charity... they deserve better! The fabric is not outerwear but granny night gown. Save your money!

Fabric is not as pictured or described. Thin cheap material. Sizing is way off.
They discourage against sending back. They offered 15% and when I said no they raised it to 25%. Then I tried to bargain with them and they raised it to 35% and no higher. So for an order costing $138 I am getting a refund credit of $48. We will see when/if that happens.

Before I placed my order I asked if they had a return policy with a United States address. They told me they did. Every item I ordered was either WAY cheap or was nothing like how it was pictured - the fabric is tissue paper thin and has so little shape it's ruined after 1 handwash. So, I followed the directions to initiate a return and was told I have to return the items to CHINA! It will cost me more money than all the items I ordered - more than $104. They gave me an alternative: we will give you 15% of the purchase price and you can use that fund to alter the cloth"! As a mater of fact, I am pledging to NEVER purchase ANYTHING from CHINA EVER again! I thought greed was bad in the USA but it's nothing compared to China's. I am also filing a report with my Secretary of State that the people behind this company are scammers. I'm also filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and the FTC International Scams department. This company has multiple names. NewChic is another one. I've been told that they are opperating illegally in the USA - false front USA addresses - just so they do not have to pay tarrifs and the like. Please see my photos attached.
Noracora states items will be shipped in 3-5 days. It has now been 3 weeks and I've never received notice of shipping. My credit card was charged at the time of order. I have made multiple inquiries to Noracora but have only received the same automated email each time. I am referring it to my credit card fraud division.
I just recieved my 5 items from Noracora and to my disgust, I paid for linen fabrics and have recieved polyester and cheap $#*!! I have reported them and wouldn't bother placing another order! What you see in the pics on the webpage is nothing like what you will recieve in real life. I have spoken with my bank and blocked and cancelled my card used! Absolutely disgusted... and pissed off I got ripped off! Please if you have ordered from them do the same! No information on any item but a cheap label, no care instructions or fabric which means they are ripping people off for money and sending the cheapest things they can find! Absolutely raged! $170 Aus down the drain for stock that is now in my bin as I wouldn't even give this away!
I place two orders and each one come not complete. I place my order on 08/22/2019, until know 10/02/2019 the items are missing. Keep sending the emails with my orders numbers and nothing until today. This is not credible company to do business at all.

I believe I have been scammed. I placed my order on 8/29 for 3 dresses. On 8/30 my credit card was charged the full amount. On 9/19 I received one cheap dress and I wanted to return for a refund. To this day I have never been notified about the other two dresses and I doubt I will ever see them. I was told it was "hot item and they were in mass production". These were paid in full well over a month ago. In regards to the dress I did receive, I followed instructions to return the dress and receive an authorization umber and return address but they WILL NOT RESPOND. I can only assume they do not want to refund my money. I contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint.
Recently purchased some items to try and just received them and discovered that these product are of very very low quality merchandise. DO NOT waste your money. Product descriptions online misleading and wrong ( it states linen but the item received is cotton blend with polyester) do not match the actual merchandise sent.
None of the sites information regarding "sizes" is accurate---at all! And they know it (after reading reviews from many online sites. After waiting at least 3 or more weeks for delivery, I received only 2 of the 3 blouses I ordered. I couldn't ware either one, even those I tried to compensate for what I was sure would be that the "sizes would fit "smaller" than regular US sizes"... and it still didn't work! It was my first Noracora order and while I was sure I read their website in its entirety---it did not described the "return" process that is obviously very "standard" for this company. You don't find out how horrible these folks are until after you request a refund authorization. I was told via email response that the purchaser (that would be me!) is responsible for return shipping costs back to CHINA!. Mind you, this can cost "3-4 times" the total cost of the purchases! And then, to all "insult" to "injury"... this company actually wrote that if I didn't want to pay the cost---they'd be happy to CREDIT MY ACCOUNT WITH 15% OF MY PURCHASE AMOUNT! Ok---so I was suckered! But never again and anytime I get a chance to "yell" this negative review to anyone---I WILL DO IT!.
Customer service offered 15% cash refund to keep the items.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
