I have recently purchased several items from NoraCora and have had three items arrive. The three items are useless. The sizing is way off and the quality is terrible, terrible, terrible! DO NOT waste your time or money.
It is unreal to think that this crap get shipped from Markham Ontario.
NoraCora, it's the last $167 of my money you will ever see. And I hope others read this review and stay clear. Order your stuff from anyone else.
I wish I saw these reviews before purchasing over $200 of clothing. The material was very flimsy, the colors were very bright and the sizes were all off. The first thing that happened when I went back on the app it said it was invalid so I went to there site via internet only to find my account no longer existed. I set up a new account. When trying to return they kept sending back the same form letter with their return policy with no Instructions for the returns. So far I received the same response 4 times. I'm not sure what to do next. I may see if my credit card company can assist.
Great selection of designs and fair prices. The shopping experience in this boutique on the Internet is exceptional, I receive my items in a reasonable time and my order never disappoints.
The best customer service! I am a tall woman, so the dress was not my size, it did not fit exactly as I needed it, I changed it quickly and without problems. Today, that is unheard of in an online boutique.
Stay away from these people. I cancelled my order because they hadn't shipped it out after a week and one item was a time sensitive gift. I now have waited 10 days to receive my refund but all I get from them are stupid kiss off poor English replies. Must be Chinese.
I ordered a Sweater Cardigan and it was a Sweatshirt type of jacket that I got. Totally not what I ordered. I emailed to get a refund and return this. Still haven't heard back from them.

I cannot tell you how AWFUL, PITIFUL, CHEAP the items I received are! DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT BUY FROM NORA CORA! I had to file a dispute with my CC company to get my money back because my order number shows not valid online and I cannot get ahold of anyone at the bogus site they tell you to contact.

A horrible experience. Constant reassurance to ship, which did not happen. Opened case with PayPal to be closed on Oct 25th. On Oct. 22nd, tracking # provided. On Oct. 23rd, tracking reported parcel returned to shipper. Tracking showed parcel was at post office only 2 minutes before being returned. Staged to meet closing date of PayPal claim, so that issue of refund impossible. If had not kept checking, NoraCora would have beaten system. However, PayPal refunded money because of return of parcel to company. Beware, especially when having follow-up/ongoing contact with person called Wu. Reviews of NoraCora primarily like this one! PayPal was amazing.

Here's how this works:
1. You see an ad flash up in your news feed with a number of really reasonably priced items that look like closeouts.
2. You purchase a number of things, because -- how can you not? Everything looks nice, and there are no shipping costs!
3. You hit "submit" on your order. You do not get an order confirmation and don't hear anything for weeks.
4. After a few weeks, you start receiving plain white Tyvec envelopes with return addresses written in Chinese characters.
5. The item in these envelopes don't look ANYTHING like what you saw on the website. The fabrics are different. The colors are different. The size isn't the same size as an American size. The items are not as described on the website.
6. You follow the process to try to return the item.
7. You find out that the return policy is -- you have to ship the item back to China, pay for shipping, pay for Chinese customs costs. Each item must be shipped back to the original vendor, so you have to wait two weeks to get the appropriate return label.
8. While you are waiting for the return label, you are dealing with the customer service team, who primarily sends you links to their return policy, which says that you're going to pay to return the items, and everything else I listed in #7 above.
9. You get an offer from the customer service representative for a percentage back. At first, it will be 15%. Hold out for the 25% offer! That comes about a week later.
10. You now own items that you wouldn't buy at Goodwill for $5.
Biggest scam. Cheap substitutes that don't even resemble the pictures. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Items are not at all as described. Everything is cheaply made and not close to the image. Sent several emails complaining and now they closed my account. I didnt even receive all the bad merchandise. I filed a dispute with through my credit card on the charges. Valuable lesson learned.
The service was excellent, I asked for the wrong size because I had never worn a dress from this store before and I had no problem changing it to a different size. The garment is the same as the images shown on the page.
This $#*!ing company is a scam using beautiful pictures of other high end clothing and they imitate like any other product in the world with cheap material nasty Smelly disgusting cheap product and you have to wait for it for 6 weeks. And of course they ll charge you a lot of money.

CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANIES AND ASK THEM TO HELP YOU WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY.
Buy more than a dozen dresses with simple designs and be satisfied 9 out of 10 times. We will do it again. Its quality and product are fantastic and always good prices.
I purchased a pair of boots, a pair of earrings and a bracelet over 2 months ago. The bracelet and earrings arrived about 3 weeks later. Both were cheaply made and just awful. They were nothing like the pictures... AND the boots just arrived yesterday! I contacted the company many times asking for a refund on the boots, but never received a reply. Total scammers! The boots were cheaply made, with a vinyl type of material. Also, one buckle was missing on the right boot. They also had a fishy stink to them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CRAP HOLE!
I liked the items I ordered, the online process was easy and fast. I also like how you get a discount for the season. The designs are very modern and consistent with what I want.
Very very disappointed I spent $200, the clothes look fantastic on their website but what they have done is tried to copy the designs using cheap plastic fabrics and the sizing is all wrong, the clothes look nothing like picture. They should not be aloud to get away with this rubbish. They are going straight in the bin, you couldn't even donate these to lifeline. Paypal should also look into the sites that they allow to use their payment system.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
