Do NOT waste your time or money. The items they send you are not what you bought as pictured. Completely misrepresented. I have only received 2 of the 4 items I bought. One was a sweater and the other a knitted wrap. Clearly is a knitted wrap in both photo and description but what I got was a cheap piece of fabric. They are not even trying to make it look like what you bought.

These are the biggest joke of footwear I've ever seeen in my life! They're plastic fringed boots, nothing like the suade looking ones in the picture. Odd smell about them too.
I so want to return these pieces of $#*!, ASAP. Oh, shoe size WRONG too. Guess what? Return address is back to China... Length of time to return: 14 days. Really?

The quality is ok for the price. Things are not quite what they seem to be though. And their return process painful, and my second order of a hat just hasn't arrived even after 5 plus weeks. Don't be lured by the cuteness.

Do not buy from NORACORA, photos of clothing are false advertisement for products. They do not allow returns. Cheaper than cheap clothing. Poorest quality ever!

The clothes, which don't run true to size, are CHEAP and worthless. The shoes apparently have no size quality control since the same size can range between a sz 7 and sz 10. The materials are junk junk junk. Do NOT buy from them. Their "easy returns" require sending things back to China on your dollar. They offer a ridicuous 15% refund if you don't want to pay a fortune to return things to China. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Also please be aware that similar Noracora products sell under other names and all of them are just as poor quality as NoraCora. Azcozy and Annie Cloth are very similar to NoraCora, same poor quality sold under a different name. Often when selling poor quality items, a company getting too many bad reviews will switch their goods to a different website/name to continue fleecing the unsuspecting buyer into thinking the cute clothes/shoes/blanket/etc. Are okay from this site. Do some homework before you order to make sure the return policy is a good one and not all the way to China on your dollar. Azcozy and Annie Cloth are similar to NoraCora and have BAD reviews. Check other reviews. They are your ticket to a satisfactory outcome.

THEY ARE A SCAM!
I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering.
As everyone else has said:
The clothes look NOTHING like the pictures, one item was not even sweater material and was called a sweater.
They are the worst of the worst! Can't track your orders even when they give you a tracking order, my confirmation email cannot be located - it no longer exists.
And I have not received my fourth item.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

The clothes are cheaply made and look absolutely nothing like they are pictured. I still haven't received a pair of boots I ordered two months later. Returning them to China costs as much as what I paid so I won't bother with a Paypal refund, which I'm sure the company banks on. Why does Paypal continue to do business with these crooks?

This is a total scam site. I should know better but the stuff they pictured was super cute so I thought I would give it a try. Out of the four items I ordered, one a long t-shirt that is very poorly sewn can at least be used as a nightgown. The two jackets are laughable copies made out of fabric I can put my finger through if I pushed hard enough and the scarf just showed up two weeks after the other stuff and looks as if they took a picture of the actual knit scarf and transferred it to the white nylon fabric. It is not even a good imitation. I have added pics from the wed site and what I received as a side by side comparison so that everyone can see what I mean. I CANT SAY THIS STRONGLY ENOUGH, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. Oh and there is no way to reach customer service. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!

Returns are a rip off.

I ordered 4 items from Noracora. They charged me for all 4 items but I only received 1. The one item I received is horrid and not at all like the picture. When I tried to return it they said I would have to send it to China, pay the shipping and customs fee. I have ordered a lot on line and have never dealt with such a shady company. Do not order from them.

I was snookered. There is NO WAY to reach customer service. The clothing in the photos is lovely. The stuff in my mail box is disgusting. Sizes and quality are not what is expected. If anyone found a return idea PLEASE SHARE.

Clothes are much smaller than the size and the quality of some of the items is a crock. Took forever to get a response regarding a return. Took weeks to get a return label, then it would cost me 75 dollars for return shipping! Who does that? I can't afford that.

Sizes, especially in the larger ranges are all over the map - its hit or miss, and mostly miss. Quality is the same - sometimes decent, sometimes awful.

And often theclothes have the usual problems with inexpensive clothing from the far east - the sleeves are way too tight for a western arm, and grotesquely long. They seem to think we are all built like skinny-armed chimpanzees.

But the real problem is their (non-existant) return policy - they SAY you can return items but they don't tell you up front about the extremely annoying and lengthy process they have set up. First, you must email for permission; then a couple days go by. Then they write and say you can return it but it has to be mailed to the factory in China (but no address is given). Then they tell you how expensive that will be and offer to refund 15% of the purchase price. If you say no, you still want to return it, they offer you 30%, (I have no idea how high they'll go), But still no address is provided. Clearly, they don't have any use for these inexpensive items and have no deire to warehouse them like the usual mail order catalog.

They have cute things, but the bottom line is that if you order don't expect to see your money again if you are disappointed in the item. Unless, of course, you charge it to a credit card that will take your side in a dispute.

This is not Good

I purchased items and was waiting for refund. There is no customer service number available until I saw reviews that listed a customer service number to Willy Barker at *******331. While he was supposedly helping me with a refund, he was actually hacking my hacking computer system, stealing information for certain accounts and making purchases. My credit card company called my immediately, I realized it was him and whoever he was working with. At first, he told me to not turn off my computer and to do not answer any calls that may come in. They had every detail down but when I muted my call with him and called my credit card company, then I was clear of what he was actually doing. He may have helped some others that shared his information or that may be a lie as well. I disconnected the call and shut my computer off to stop whatever they were doing. I will say that I was due a refund for some purchases from this company and through the proper channels, I received my refund without any hassle outside of the Willy character.One thing I have learned, I will never do business with a company I cannot get a customer service number for.

When the items I ordered finally arrived I realized why they were so cheap - they are very poor quality and one of them just barely resembles the photo. Three of my items have not arrived yet. Waiting to receive the items and feeling that the photos misrepresented them would not be a huge problem, just a disappointment, but the fact that it costs so much to return them and is not a simple process is very upsetting. I'm usually a cautious person and do not order clothing online unless its connected with a physical store that I can take my returns to but I got sucked in by the great photos.

I just read the review guidelines about the ramifications of posting a false bad review. I have the evidence in my hands so what 'ramifications would I fear?

DON'T order with NoraCora, Wotoba, Annie Cloth or ANY on-line mail order with similar stolen fashion photos. FRAUD comes to mind.
Your money will be totally lost. What you get you won't be able to give to anyone... not even dumped in one of those cloths bins outside of the local supermarkets as the truck pick-up guy will find you and return it back and shake his finger at you!
My 'scarf' was only a cheap hunk of polyester fabric with a screen print photograph of the knitted pattern seen in the ad. I am including photo of said 'scarf'. I can't even call it a scarf. It's printed polyester.

Noracora is terrible!

BEWARE! Do not order from this site. I purchased over $100 worth of items and now would have to pay over $200 for return shipping. They offered me 15% of my total purchase price to not have to return items. All of the clothes I order wer super cheap, did not look as pictured, and were poorly proportioned. I am super sad! Don't do what I did!
