I had a question about the size of my dress and I got a very quick and honest answer. When I placed an order for other items, it was quickly processed with timely status updates.
1st - I did not realize I was ordering directly from China,
2nd - It took 6 weeks for 1/2 my order to arrive, it's now been 8 weeks, I have yet to see the balance of my order.
3rd - I ordered the same shirt in two different colors, got 2 of the exact same shirt in the same color
4th - I ordered a dress according to the size chart, I went up a size to a XXL. The dress is perhaps a Medium
5th - Returns? Hahahahaha They offered me a 15% refund. I accepted because the return would be too costly
6th - I have learned a lesson!
I PLACED AN ORDER ON DEC 19 2019 AND HAVE YET TO RECIEVE 2 ITEMS AB=ND IT IS NOW FEB 25. ALL I GET IN RESPONSE TO MY INQUIRIES ARE FORM EMAILS AND BS. THE TRACKING SYSTEM IS SOME 3RD RATE COMPANYTHAT HAS TO BE TRANSLATED FROM CHINESE. I HAVE WRITTEN AT LEAST 15 EMAILS ASKING FOR MY ITEMS TO BE SENT. WHAT WAS THERE STATUS. AND FINALLY DEMANDING A REFUND. THE CLOTHING I DID RECIEVE WAS THE QUALITY OF HIGH SCHOOL HOME ED. NOTHING FIT RIGHT. NOTHING WAS SIZED RIGHT. AND IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS ON LINE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. ITS NOT WORTH THE TIME... THE ENERGY AND FRUSTRATION
Ordered 2 items. They shipped one ugly shirt that I didmt order. Paid $33 to ship it back. Four months later, after it shipped to a nonexistant China address, I get the ugly shirt back. No refund, out $75. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS ALL A SCAM!
Okay I read the bad reviews I went ahead and ordered anyway. My fault. None and I mean none of the items ordered are as pictured. They look much better quality and a different fabric than what you really get. I should have heedef other people's reviews but I loved the pictures of the clothing. But deep down I think I knew what they would really look like. And truly they are trash. So now I've spent $200 and I know it will cost me a fortune to return them. But I cannot and truly would not wear any of them. So do not order from this company.
The product is a print of what you may expect to get. If you see fancy embroidery detail. It is just a print on the fabric cheap fabric. I you see a combination of fabrics that look like they are sewn together it is just a print of what you see. In the picture you can read the label it say "IVKO" and it is not the product that you get. Don't waste your money. I do not give this company any stars.
I received the "Leather moccasins" and they were NOTHING like the photo! Nothing but vinyl and glue! My pullover was half made with missed stitching and threads that wete the end of one seam being sewn were caught up in a different seam and stuck out the top side! Two side seams were incomplete in being sewn and were open while the knitted material had an actual hole in it by the shoulder. Somebody surely dug this out of the reject bin and sent it to me!

I always get high quality garments here. Designer clothes at reasonable prices. They also respond quickly, they are very useful, I really had an amazing shopping experience.
I like this online boutique, I had a problem and they answered my questions. It is difficult to find people who strongly support the products when they are online, this is not the case here. If you haven't done it yet, check it out.
I ordered quite a bit of stuff around the end of november. I have yet to receive the last 2 most expensive items on my order. I've emailed them multiple times about refunding me for those items and all they do is respond with my order summary and tell me to wait until they have them in stock to send to me. Then it will take 15 days for me to receive them. Its almost march and they still arent in stock and they have no intention of refunding me. My other items I received are great. I'm happy with them. Customer service sucks. And trying to get refunded is almost impossible because they just tell you to be patient and wait longer. I think I've been patient long enough. I will never order from here again.

I loved the dress and the blouse, it took me less days to receive it. The fabric is soft in both garments, the purchase was easy and reliable.
I ordered shoes and scarf. The shoes had a big spot on toe & the scarf was tacky, ugly and cheaply made. Noracora refused to refund or send prepaid return label and would cost me $27.00 to return. Rip off. I will have to file dispute claim to credit card. Terrible
