I shop online a bit, but when it comes to clothes, I always prefer this boutique, as not only do they have an amazing range that is updated all the time, you feel safe because if something doesn't fit you, you can return it without drama. I ordered a dress that ended up being faulty so I contacted this store and it was absolutely amazing about it! They apologized, (although it wasn't their fault). They immediately sent me a replacement and an attachment to return the original. They were helpful throughout the process. It's good that someone goes the extra mile in customer service that not many companies do!

I bought a dress online, got it within a few days, however it was too small! I returned it and needed a store credit as soon as possible so I could buy my next dress on time. The girls were very helpful and issued my store credit as soon as the dress arrived!
Do not I repeat... do not order from these people. The positive reviews are a scam too! Cheep fabric terrible craftsmanship and incorrect sizing. No return policy... or you pay to ship back to China. Very costly!
You won't get your money back or the right sizes. I ordered four different dresses in the same size from Nora Cora. On arrival each dress was a very different size, the colours of the dresses were faded and nothing like the photos or description. The length of the dresses was not the same as identified on the online website ipictures or description. I paid for an expensive returne shipping of the full order inline with their very strict returns policy, every email they sent had to be replied to within 24 hours. Be warned the returns address is in China! They claimed they never received the package. I provide proof of postage they said they could not verify the shipping number, 6 months later the package was returned to me. It showed it had been delivered to the Nora Cora Returns address. A sticker was placed partially over their address and return to sender was written on the package and it was shipped back to me. Despite sending them photos of the package postal markings etc. They refuse to be honourable and refund the money I spent for dresses which did not by any means meet the description of what I ordered. As you'll see the photo of the purchased yellow dress the length should have been a maxi dress length as displayed on the Nora Cora website. My photo compares it to a grey Nora Cora Maxi length dress and you'll see it is a lot shorter and also the size is smaller than than advertised.
Noracora is my place for online shopping online. I love the variety and quality of their clothing, and their customer service is always impeccable. I recently had to return an item because it was defective (this is very rare, Noracora's items are of amazing quality). I was served with very fast and helpful customer service that resolved my problem quickly. I would recommend Noracora to all the girls!
Fantastic site for a range of products including women's clothing and accessories. They are very clear about it in the information and payment of their products. When in doubt or if any of the information may be a bit confusing, their customer service team is charming and very quick to respond. My query was answered and resolved very quickly. Amazing customer service, I loved the clothes and when they had to refund me they were amazing when they asked me if they had received my refund. I also love how they show different body types in different dresses so you can see what it would look like in one size more than just a 6/8 size. Cool!

Very unhappy with this place! Quality is poor - sweater stretched out first wearing, fabric of three of the shirts very cheap (not like pictures at all), took weeks to get including one item not received before Christmas despite ordering several weeks ahead. Then they would not accept returns because it was past the 15 days they apparently allow (told them I'd been out of town but they ignored that email). Wish I would have read reviews before ordering as I would have known they don't stand behind their products. Had no idea these items come from China. This was a horrible experience and I donated the clothes to Goodwill because they sure don't work for me!
