I placed an order early April and still haven't received it. Given today's times I fully expected a delay, what I didn't expect is lack of communication and vague responses from this company; I reached out 6 times and each time I get the same exact email. I've contacted my bank to request a refund, NEVER again will I purchase from this company! The rating deserves a ZERO!
Noracora delivers garbage clothing misrepredented in pictures and descriptions as quality clothing. For example, a knit cardigan sweater was actually a cheap printed acrylic fabric. I ordered five items for 2019 Christmas presents and not one of them were what they were portrayed as. To try return any items you must first pay to send them to China and then wait. IF they acknowledge receipt of a returned item you may get your refund... ynfortunately they never acknowledge receipt and you don't get a cent back. You are out the cost of the item and the postage to China. They even questioned whether I sent the returned items to China even though they provided the mailing label and I presented the post office receipt. DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY ONLY IF YOU LIKE TO BE RIPPED OFF.!

Things that look and say they are made of cotton are not there polyester the only cotton must be the thread. Arrived on time, ha! 3 months later! I guess that's the best China can do. If you want to return something they make you ship it back to china (you pay shipping and customs) with the understanding that it may not get there and if it doesn't it's on you no product no return, exchange and no refund! From a Dec 19 corder my items came in APRIL! ALL of it was TRASH! The fabric is like something you'd dry your car with - synthetic sponge-like, I never saw before. The prints look to be photographed onto the fabric. Seriously never imagined an item could lie this bad. A shoulder bag was literally made of felt like you'[d get at a craft store and the "Southwest" print was photographed on it. Unimaginably poor quality with a chemical smell. You must pay for return postage TO CHINA including customs and with a shipping history of 5 mo - I didn't trust that! They offered a 15% refund that I accepted AND NEVER GOT! Not worth even a try like I was willing! RUN!

I thought at first it was a fraudulent site when the order took more than a month to come to the house, and it was not complete order. I have still not seen the rest of my order and I have written to the company again and again about refunding my card for the rest of the order that was OUT OF STOCK. Most company's would have already done this automatically if they ran out items to sell with out asking time and time again. As for the order I did receive it was very poor quality and I will never order from this company again. Please save time and headache and by-pass this company.

Clothes arrived not like pictured. It was freaking ugly and cheap. VERY CHEAP materials, not true to size. Not made with US sizes as this stuff comes from China. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
