This is a review about delivery. I'll add another review about the products once I receive them. Noracora is the most frequent advertiser I see on my online newspaper, the Seattle Times. The pics made me feel like I was on a cruise... tempting while stuck at home during stay-in-place. I put an order in on May 5. I requested status of delivery twice before finally getting a notice that it had shipped on May 14, and to expect shipment within 11-21 business days, which would mean somewhere May 25 to June 5. Huh? In the era of 1-day Amazon delivery, how does this company ever get repeat business? They must rely solely on one-and-done shoppers who are unaware it could be a month before they get their product.

Please safe yourself some grief and avoid these folks at all costs. I purchased two sweaters and the fabric for both of them was scratchy and just pure garbage. I returned both items over three months ago and have not received a refund yet. I have tried to unsubscribe from their daily annoying emails and have found four options - all in different languages - non of which were in English! Buyer beware! Hope this was helpful.

Made a purchase of three tops. Web Site advertises easy returns. Order arrived with US address. Poor quality goods. "Easy" returns require an email to customer service. The return email tells you goods must be returned to China! And also you're responsible for customs duties and forms. Then goes on to offer a 15% refund in lieu of return.

This page is really good and fast services, most of the products are the same as the photo on the page. Sales promotion is fairly regular. I have already recommended this website to my friends and they love it too. High web recommendation.
It took so long (over a month) for my order to arrive I truly believed I had been scammed! The order tracker on the site did not work so I emailed the customer service link. It took a couple of inquiries over a couple of weeks for an actual customer service agent to reply. She sent me a USPS tracking number which actually worked on the USPS site. Hooray! I did get my order and everything I ordered was there. I ordered a pair of earrings that are actually quite pretty. Please be warned- the quality of the clothes - their construction and the fabrics - are disappointing! A couple were super poor quality - and overall not as they appeared in the photos on the website!

I ordered an embroidered cotton linen sundress what I received after 1 1/2 months was a printed cheap, thin rayon dress completely different than the one pictured on the website. It costs a fortune to return the item ( at your expense) to China.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
