I ordered from Noracora, not realizing I was ordering clothing directly from China, the garment received was nothing like the picture, cheap materials. It took 4 plus weeks to receive the product. I tried to return it, and the cost of return was so high it was not worth it. When I complained to the company, they compensated me by giving me back 15% of the cost back. I donated the clothing.
I was very satisfied with the price range and the quality of the products! Also free shipping for orders over a minimum amount and additional sales and discounts make shopping here relatively affordable too! I've never been disappointed!

I never write reviews but this company, Noracora, is absolutely the worst online company I have made the mistake of purchasing from. First, I ordered my clothes on April 14th, didn't receive them until May 22nd. They arrived, missing one item, two items were not the colors I ordered, instead they sent me something completely different. The sized are huge, not anything close to a small or medium. The quality of the material is so bad, very, very cheaply made. The seems are separating and stitching is coming loose. Right out of the wrapping! I emailed them immediately to coordinate a return and reimbursement. They only reply via email, there is no customer service phone number or live person to talk to. They replied, inquiring exactly what was being returned in the order. I replied that I wanted to return all items, to please send me the address and a shipping label. They waited three business days before replying again, told me that the shipping return address is in China and that I would be responsible for the shipping costs. OR, I could make a deal with them and not return the clothes in exchange for a 15% reimbursement on my $142.00 total bill! Who makes deals like this and doesn't stand behind their product?! This is the absolute worst company, they're like clothing sharks... as soon as you hit "order", count on never getting your money back again. Less than 1 star, do not buy from them.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
