Poor quality

I ordered from Noracora, not realizing I was ordering clothing directly from China, the garment received was nothing like the picture, cheap materials. It took 4 plus weeks to receive the product. I tried to return it, and the cost of return was so high it was not worth it. When I complained to the company, they compensated me by giving me back 15% of the cost back. I donated the clothing.

Buyer beware! After waiting weeks for my blazer, and zero response from their customer service, the garment arrived cheaply made, short, and I'll fitting. With no way to return it, I simply threw it away. It wasn't even worth the space it was taking up in my closet.

I never write reviews but this company, Noracora, is absolutely the worst online company I have made the mistake of purchasing from. First, I ordered my clothes on April 14th, didn't receive them until May 22nd. They arrived, missing one item, two items were not the colors I ordered, instead they sent me something completely different. The sized are huge, not anything close to a small or medium. The quality of the material is so bad, very, very cheaply made. The seems are separating and stitching is coming loose. Right out of the wrapping! I emailed them immediately to coordinate a return and reimbursement. They only reply via email, there is no customer service phone number or live person to talk to. They replied, inquiring exactly what was being returned in the order. I replied that I wanted to return all items, to please send me the address and a shipping label. They waited three business days before replying again, told me that the shipping return address is in China and that I would be responsible for the shipping costs. OR, I could make a deal with them and not return the clothes in exchange for a 15% reimbursement on my $142.00 total bill! Who makes deals like this and doesn't stand behind their product?! This is the absolute worst company, they're like clothing sharks... as soon as you hit "order", count on never getting your money back again. Less than 1 star, do not buy from them.

Don't buy any thing

Waited a while for 3 items out of 5,2 of the 3 were similar but not the same as the picture. The other 2 arrived much later with one item in a different size and another completely different. Despite my effort to email them several times, I only got one automated response that someone will review my email and reply. I'm not holding my breath as I haven't received a reply from them yet.

I have shopped at this store many times and each time I am extremely satisfied with the service. Almost all of the items I regularly buy go on sale quite frequently, making my routine much cheaper to buy. Every time I make an order I always get a lot of free samples, which is lovely. Packages have always been on time for me, and I receive emails that update me on my orders.

This website is amazing. Very easy to use on phone and computer. The page layouts were really easy to navigate. It literally has everything you need, the only online shopping website I use. Most of the clothes I have received I have loved, the reviews are really helpful. However, the only hassle is shipping, but I'm not too concerned about that.

I placed a order on 5/13/20, they took the full amount out of my account, but I have not received product. When I go to their contact us my email will not go through and I have my order number. I order online for everything, if anyone can offer suggestions on how to get my money or product it would be greatly appreciated.
