This website has helped me several times with the shipments of clothes that I have ordered here, they always respond promptly, they are very helpful! Thank you!
I ordered two items online as a gift for my wife. The items were too small and one did not look the same as advertised. I emailed the company to receive refund instructions/address and was offered a 10% refund in lieu of returning the items. I learned the items needed to be returned to China so they offer a small refund to offset shipping costs and possible other fees. I refused and requested return instructions and was then offered a 25% refund. I eventually took the 25% discount when I learned UPS won't ship to China due to the pandemic. I attempted to find out how much shipping costs would be through FedEx and their site didn't even recognize the address in China. Other reviews suggest returned items aren't accepted by the company. I never would have ordered from this site had I known their horrible return policy. As an online clothing company they should be upfront with customers about their scam of a return policy. It's hard enough to order clothing online but most reputable companies make the return process easy and rather inexpensive so customers are willing to take a chance. I'm now out $45 and will never order from them again.
