Great customer service at this online boutique, very responsive and attentive, the order I made for delivery was fast since I didn't have to wait too long, I really liked the jumpsuit I bought.
I have only received 1 of the 2 items I ordered. It took a little over 30 days to arrive. Not bad considering some of these sites can take months. It came from a warehouse in San Fran so they must be getting the bulk shipments from China. That at least is helping with the delivery time. As my experience in the past, the material is semi shiny polyester. Not as bad as some of the clothes I ordered from other sites. I hadn't ordered from this site before so I was hoping they would be different, my bad. The smallest size this top came in was a Medium and it's very large. On the positive side I like the print, color, and style so maybe after I wash and dry it it might be better. I have a sewing machine I can take in the sides if necessary. I have no idea when/if my 2nd top will come.

Ok - I was one of them. Had NO idea I was doing business with China which I consider clueless and immoral. What I really don't get are women liking the garbage they send you or the fact that they don't even send things you ordered an paid for. Partial delivery months after you place an order. The worst part was that I paid with PayPay and they wouldn't refund my money for the missing items (5 out of 6 ordered) unless I filed a police report. Really? A bit overkill and dramatic. I'll never order from NoraCora or pay for anything with PayPal again. How they get good enough ratings to stay in business makes me wonder just how stupid the average female consumer is...

I love it^.^ I have ordered multiple times and have just ordered again! I love their clothing designs, especially the dress I bought. I love it! Although it sometimes takes 2-3 weeks before the item is shipped, it is understandable because the things I have ordered are international so it takes longer to ship.^.^

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
