The clothes are not what they appear in pictures. The material is poor quality. One of the tops I received was full holes. I've been trying to get information on how to handle my problems, 4 emails later and they say I can ship them back at my cost but there could be substantial cost due to they have to be sent to China. They did say if I wanted to go a different way I could keep items and they would credit my account 15% of what I paid and use that to alter clothing... what? I am definitely never ordering from them again. Oh they did say they would like to send me another of the items that was damaged... not sure if they would charge me.

Overall everything was fast and easy. I received the items on time and they were exactly as advertised.
I like the material and the colours, This first order was a trial run, because I don't like ordering on line. But with this COVID looming I thought I should give it a try. I will be ordering more.

Had to return 15 items. Ordered smalls and were all still too large. NC offered me a FIFTEEN% cash refund instead of returning items! See image. I chose to pay large shipping fee to return all items to an address THEY GAVE ME, only to have them all returned (shipping cited unknown address). Do not order from these people!

I have been a very loyal customer thus far but I am very disappointed with your lack of response on my last order where one month ago I requested return codes for three items, one of which you mistakenly sent twice. I t is very unprofessional to ignore customers. I do not want these items and wonder will I ever get my return response. If not I will no longer shop from you. The shipping was supposed to be 10 - 20 days and we are way passed that. Good thing I can dispute with my bank and get a full refund. This site must be a fraud.

Please know that the items are being shipped from China and the cost to return any item that doesn't fit is astronomical to the point where you won't do it. I had three items in my order that were too small and the cost to return them was going to be $60, so I'm stuck with clothes that don't fit. They offered a 25 percent refund to keep the items. I will never order from China again and would not have this time, had I known that the items were coming from there.

Don't waste your money!

I ordered over $150 of clothing from Noracora and received part of my order today. Everything I purchased said it was made of cotton but it's not. ALL the items I received are 100% polyester which I cannot wear. Talk about false advertising! The other jacket I ordered was declared as a wool blend sweater but it is also 100% polyester. The sweater that they sent me is nothing like what was depicted on their web page. The web picture shows the sweater as an actual knit sweater that has raised flowers, Etc. I have attached a picture below so you can see it's just a pattern imprinted on polyester.
