After placing this order items took longer then they should. Split package deliveries. Clothing runs smaller. The pictures don't always represent the color of the clothes. Returns are difficult. Since I'm an avid QVC shopper I thought the customer service would be better.

I was really excited to get the stuff I ordered but when I received them they were not 3x. It said they were but I couldn't hardly on, let alone move after I got it on. So I checked it with an extra large and it measured an extra large. I got my order in parts. Some came this week, some came next week and some came two weeks later. One of the blouses isn't even hemmed. It's like they lay pattern down cut out sewed together. Now I would like to return but I am very confused on how to do that. I have never had that to happen before

Kind of confusing. I would of ordered 2 more shirts in different colors but it just wouldn't do it and when I tried asking the per s on there, I got no response
The customer service was really good but the products were the problem. I received the wrong-sized blouse and the 2nd blouse did not look like the blouse on website.
It was an easy checkout but I wanted to edit my email address and I couldn't.
This was my first order and as advertised I was not allow to input my code for leaving my email address. This was terribly misleading. If it's the point that two codes can not be inputted on one order I would have of course preferred the EM15 discount. Not good business for a first-time customer. Now, I am holding my breath and skeptical of the merchandise.

It was great, hopefully I get my dresses before my vacation.
Love the styles in the ad. Once I got the clothes most of the fabrics are synthetic with print designs, not cotton or linen with embroidery as they appear in the photos. The sandals are exactly what I wanted and were pictured accurately. For size I used the chart but from garment to garment a small is not a consistent fit. I was very excited to order from the site but disappointed with what I got overall. The shipping took a long time and this is not an American company so the tracking was hard to follow. I did receive all items ordered in good condition, just not the fabric and quality that I thought
Checkout is confusing using PayPal. Not sure if I placed a duplicate order. It's hard to go back one you preview an item.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
