The return process is a scam. When you ask for a return authorization, they tell you that it will cost you a lot of money to ship it back to China, and they offer you 15% of the value of what you want to return. If you reject this offer, they then offer you 25%! I stopped there. I wonder what would have happened if I had rejected that offer as well. The quality of the clothing is poor.
You website is difficult to maneuver. I gave up several times then back to it the next day. I hope the products are worth it

Still waiting on one more item. Clothing sizes are not accurate. Took too long to get a response from customer service. They also want you to return items directly to China. I gave away two items rather than go through shipping internationally. Won't order from them again.

First time ordering. Hope i am happy with everything.
Horrible experience, it took a month for the product to arrive, and the quality was poor, the material was thin and lifeless. The return policy was misleading, not indicating it needed to be returned to China. I would not recommend ordering from this site.
The items that I choose were not suitable for me, I found that returning items is costly (the customer has to pay); however I was able to come to a agreement with Noracora.

I ordered a pair of Sandler that I cannot wear, they hurt. I went thrunthe process to return them and was informed it will cost me money to return them…actually an unknown amount of money, so why not keep them and will refund me 15%.

I purchased more than a dozen items from this site, when the clothes arrived, each single piece looked completely different from the pictures on their site, the cut is different, the texture is sooooo cheap!
Worst of all, I ordered medium size, they all look like XL, I can't wear any of them, had to donate all of them as I dont know what will be the trouble to send them back to a different country and how much I will spend more on shipping! Dishonest business, very bad.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
