First time here so I bought mostly dresses and I figured if they were too big they'd still be of use and I was right. Didn't trust the measurements alone. So I did alright with my first order.

The website looked great and the items looked fashionable and beautiful. How disappointed I was to find that 4 out of 5 garments were nothing like the description in terms of style, quality, description of material and fit. I only wanted to keep one item, which was marginal at best. The other items were just awful and I would not be happy to wear them at all. I contacted Noracora, and bear in mind they give a very short deadline to return any items and correspond with them. I quote their response. "Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package. Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth." They also go on to mention deadlines and particularly point out "***Kind reminder: Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged. ***" I guess they make that statement because my items were sent in two packages, both shipped from different addresses in California! So in conclusion, I accepted their 15% offer (having paid $89.91 for items I will never wear, I received a $13.49 refund). This is very bad business practice at best and I would certainly never use them again and definitely would not recommend them. In fact, I feel so strongly about their awful products and sneaky return policy that I would say "buyer beware!"

I placed 3 orders with this company totaling just under $700.00 and not one of the clothing items I purchased fit me. Most of your clothing is either excessively large or extremely small and does not correspond to your printed sizing charts on your website. All this clothing is of very poor-quality fabrics and manufacturing; even buttonholes were not opened during the manufacturing process. Colors are misrepresented. Nothing I received looked like it did on the website. After numerous emails to return this product, they offered me a 15% cash refund instead of returning the merchandise. When I did not accept their 15% cash refund, they offered me a 40% cash refund and told me I did not have to return the merchandise. Who does that? After numerous emails, I finally got a return authorization but had to return the merchandise to a small town in the depths of China, not where the product was shipped to me from, Jamaica, N. Y. To make matters worse, their policy specifies they will not accept returns at their domestic address on their original shipping label. They do not want their junk back. It cost me $104.00 to return $353. 97. 00 or 11 lbs. of clothing from two orders and another $80.00 to return my last order of $335.49. It would appear this company is running a clothing scam to get one's credit card # and swindle them out of their hard-earned money, who wants to return this merchandise to China? The clothing is incredibly cheap, and the sizing is truly laughable. And they want to negotiate with you to keep the stuff when it doesn't fit, crazy Chinese company! My credit card was billed the day I placed the order, 3 weeks before I received any product, much of it was backordered and dribbled in making the paperwork a complete nightmare. Now I must do all the paperwork to prove my case with the credit card companies. BUYER BEWARE. It's not worth it!
Order took a long time to receive. Not good quality clothing. Return process is/would be good if you're willing to shell out the $$ to have the merchandise sent back to China. I took what they offered, instead, which was/is supposed to be 15% of my total purchase price. I will donate the clothing, locally, & hope that they will find a good home. Will not be making any more purchases from these folks.

This is an on-line fashion site based in China. They do not take returns and they do not give credit. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY!
If you attempt to make a return... you pay postage to China and any other customs charges China decides to claim! Then NoraCora STILL doesn't give you credit.
Therefore, I consider them a SCAM!

The top was very pretty. It was far too big! I was discouraged to return it because it had to be returned to China. I took a 15% discount as the better option. Now I am having difficulty unsubscribing to all emails.

The website is easy to use. I like the size guide and full product details, however I took great care in looking at the sizing info per item but when it arrived the mediums were huge. All the small sizes I ordered were fine and fit my 130 lb, 5 ft frame, but I was very disappointed that the mediums were more like larges or extra larges. Luckily I know how to sew and I altered them but since they were final sales there would be no way I could return them.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
